I fell in love with Tru Supplements Creatine by the end of the first week. I’ve tried many types of Creatine before and I was nervous that it was going to leave me bloated like the rest despite my water intake. Super simple to use. The quality was great and to my surprise it didn’t leave me bloated. It doesn’t have a flavor, but I added it to green juice some days. I also tested it with no caffeine/preworkout drinks and I had so much energy. I’ve been pairing it with the Strawberry protein shakes post workout. Would definitely buy this again.

Paying the same for less, well this is a bummer I paid the same amount for the bigger size in oz’s a now I go less for the same price. If it’s less in oz’s it should be less in price not the same as a bigger size

This creatine is hands-down one of the best I’ve tried. What stood out right away is that it has absolutely no smell and no taste—not even a faint hint like some other brands. That makes it super easy to mix with anything. I’ve also learned a little trick that helps me avoid bloating: I dissolve my scoop in a small shot glass of hot water first, then pour it into whatever I’m drinking. With this method, I’ve never had any issues with bloating. From my experience, most people who do encounter bloating on creatine either (1) don’t drink enough water throughout the day, or (2) take it without letting it fully dissolve. Doing this extra step makes all the difference. This product has been a staple in my routine, and I love it so much that I also use this company’s pre-workout which has become another one of my all-time favorites. Highly recommend!

Great product just wish it was more in the container!

After using this product for over 2 years, I’ve noticed more strength, better endurance, and no bloating. It mixes easily and actually makes my workouts feel stronger and more productive. Definitely worth it.
