Before it practically sounded like it had asthma Review: Decent CAI - After installation, the intake noise can be heard in the cab. It is not real loud. Gives it a little bit more of a V8 sound. Still long ways to go to sound like the 5.0. It does have some HP gains, nothing wild. Haven't noticed mileage difference, yet. Most people don't buy these for gas mileage though I have not tuned mine yet, due to warranty. This is where the tune and CAI compliment each other. Installed with no issues. Not sure it is worth the money, unless your adding other mods. Only thing to be aware of is that you make sure that you print the template for drilling at %100 or the template will be off.
