Completely changed the look of the car
If you still have the old flaking clear coat, the edges of them will slightly show through the vinyl but it's hardly noticeable. Just do it slowly and carefully and do your research beforehand. I followed the instructions and bought some 3M adhesion promoter so hopefully these decals last while. Primer 94 is the stuff for vinyl but I used 4298 which should still do the trick

Una forma barata y buena para arreglar los pilares
Todo bien nada más que tuve que arruinarlos porque las indicaciones estaban mal

Love the New Look!
My older 2008 CRV is still running great but the pillars were very faded and I hated the look. I shopped around trying to decide what to get and came upon these. I ordered the Black Matte. I cleaned the existing pillars on my car with rubbing alcohol and allowed them to dry. I had to work around my rain guards which was a little tricky as they are manufacturer rain guards and way too difficult/time consuming to remove. I had to cut the upper sections of the decals to shape around the rain guards but it worked out nicely. I took my time installing the decals from the bottom up to stick them on paying extra attention to the alignment. No extra glue used. At one point, I had to pull back the decal about mid-way up to realign, and a very small section of the decal was no longer sticky. So later my husband applied a heat gun on a low setting to get it to adhere. My advice is to take your time applying the decals as you slowly peel back/off the paper backing and smooth on as you go. I used a very small plastic scraper to help smooth out any bubbles and applied gentle pressure. I did not apply the small triangular pillar decals on my back windows as those were still in good shape. I’ve taken my car through the car wash and so far all is good. I did have one decal form a small bubble at the bottom and heated it again. So far so good. I hope they remain on for a few years like stated they should. I love how they improved the look of my car!

Gets the job done
I was a little skeptical at first and it by no means is a permanent, absolute perfect fix, but it does get the job done. From afar, it looks great, but as you get closer, it reveals the relatively minor imperfections. The vinyl cut is a little smaller than the frame, but it's close enough. Honestly, anything is better than what it was before.

Legit
If you can find someone to install it properly it looks so good on the car. I've been through the carwash 4x with it on so far and it holds up!

Slightly smaller than actual trim it's covering
I liked that these included the smaller triangles while other sellers did not offer these. I do wish these were labeled. Also wish they were a little longer and slightly wider so I could tuck them under the weatherstripping to avoid falling off over time. They went on easily with a few adjustments. Hope they last. If not, next step would be painting the trim. I opted not to paint because I'm not good with spray paint. These provided a quicker alternative. Installing these vinyl decals equates to placing clear screen protector on your phone. Less bubbles when you mess up and forgiving if you have to clean off specks of dust or sand that blow in the way during installation. Even cleaning off dust with rubbing alcohol and cloth didn't affect the adhesive side. It's not a glue, it's clingy vinyl texture.

Wish I had discovered this product 2 years ago.
Ordered these for my 2011 Honda CRV that fell victim to the Florida sun. What a difference it made! Easy to install- took 10 minutes- and it looks like new! We used a plastic pan scraper to help release any bubbles and a straight blade to remove any excess at the bottom (there wasn't much!) These were already cut to size and make a huge difference in its appearance. Wish I had discovered this product 2 years ago.

Cheap vinyl, doesn’t cover full pillar
The vinyl is cheap and doesn’t even cover the whole pillar. Don’t waste your time and money, I ended up throwing mine away
