Saw seems to be made solid but has a few design flaws. When using, shoots sawdust onto your right forearm. No adapter to attach to change the flow of the sawdust. Supposed to hook a vacuum to it but if you do that, it shoots the hose straight back and gets in the way. Laser has to be turned on and off, died within 3 days and had to replace batteries. The blade protector which comes up as you cut is hanging up at times making the saw stop moving or slow down. Would not recommend this saw.Addendum: Trying to resolve this saw no longer working with Seller. However, they asked for a picture which would be useless as the saw doesn't turn on when you press the switch. When I sent a picture they said that since I was pushing the safety button needing to be pushed before pulling the trigger switch on my "chainsaw", I should turn off the safety switch and it should work. OMG! Asked them ho I can return and get a refund. Will update you if and when I get an answer.

con: weak flexible base and depth rail. This makes it hard to cut true 90 deg cuts as the base flexes as one uses it.pro:soft start.dust port plugs into my wifes vacuum hose (I live in an apartment with no garage).variable speed (makes it easier to cut polycarbonate).power - cuts through 1.5" 18-ply hardwood plywood with ease.fit/finish - except base.this saw would be an easy 5 star with a better base/depth rail.maybe I can find another replacement base.

I was looking a circular saw for while. In local market price was our my budged. I read the reviews and purchased. I use it for like 10 days now and I can say it is way better than my expectations. First it comes with 2 blades which cost $10 to $15 box each. The quality pretty good. 1500W powerful motor makes it very strong. Easy to use and easy to cut. It has a laser and ruler so it makes it very easy to follow the path and cut. That is very good addition. The switch has double protection so if you are accidentally pushing it will not work. So you need to turn on courteously, You can also adjust the cutting angle. I think this machine is very good for the price. I highly recommend it.

I plan on getting a lot of good use out of this saw.I also like the green color. It makes it easy to see when one is working in clutter.Did I mention the laser guide? That is very useful.

I have been wanting a circular saw for quite some time but I honestly didn’t know how to use it so I watched quite a few how to videos. This is a great saw. It was pretty easy to figure out how to use it and seems pretty standard. It is a little heavy but I would imagine they all are. It was easy to place and remove the saw blades. This really packs a lot of power too. I’ve only used this a few times so far but I do so many diy projects, I know it will become a staple. Great for even beginners

Setting up this saw was really easy. It comes with two blades and both blades make really smooth cuts. The saw has good handles and nice safety buttons to make sure you are not accidentally running the blade. One thing that impresses me with this is that the safety guard is made of aluminum and not plastic like I have seen with so many of these circular saws.This has variable speed and when you activate the saw it starts slow then speeds to the setting you have it set at. This is nice so there is no kickback and you can ease into sawing. The saw does not come with a sawdust catcher unfortunately.

Use this thing 3 times, day 1,2 sheets of plywood for the roof ( 15 minutes) so didn't cut much, day 2 ( 4 days later)2 15ft 2x4s went to cut the 3rd 2x4 thing stopped working and smelt something burning, total garbage do not buy this , you've been warned

I purchased this saw because it had features I needed to safely use with a saw sled and the price was great! After getting the saw it turned out I did not like the sled and returned without using it. But I decided to keep the saw anyway. Firstly the saw has a super slow start, it frequently just stops and kicks back, if your not using a vacuum forget it cause it shoots sawdust all over you without a way to stop that from happening, and finally if you can overlook all of these issues it will quit working all together after about 4 months and roughly 10 uses. Get something better cause this thing is awful!
