It comes with a cable but not a charger block. So you just have to stick the cable in a block you already have (cable fits in apple iPhone charging block).

I believe it is a USB-C port, but that is for charging. I don't think there is any reason you would want to connect a thumb drive because you don't load data (songs) onto the speaker. You play the music from your phone or other device that has the music on it, like an ipad or laptop, and connect to the speaker via bluetooth, which is why it is called a bluetooth speaker.
