My husband had bypass surgery a few months ago and has foot swelling which will not ever go away, so I bought him these slippers as his others don't fit any longer. These are wonderful as they have Velcro closure so he can make them the size of his foot that day-when his foot swells, he makes it loose and other days he can make it smaller. Wonderful material and true to size! I would recommend and will buy more.

I highly recommend these slippers--5 Stars. My husband has problem feet. It was very difficult to find slippers that fit as he wears a 12-1/2 to 13 shoe size, has wide feet and a high instep. These slippers fit and are comfortable. They are easy to put on his feet. They stay on his feet and are perfect for him. The slipper is reasonably priced and fits well. Unfortunately, it has a S&H charge of $13 but it is a small price to pay as I have wasted all kinds of money on slippers that did not fit my husband's feet. I wish there was a dressier, black version of this slipper that could be used when we go out to visit friends.

These were a gift at a time he needed something adjustable after his surgery. They worked -- tighter in the morning & looser in the evening. They were a tiny bit too big but that was probably due to the looseness in the toe area so his foot slid forward some. He wore them out eventually & bought himself another pair.

Purchased these for a gift for my ninety-one year old grandfather. He was complaining about his feet swelling, but also being uncomfortable and cold. These were the perfect find for him! He can put them on easily. I followed the recommendation of getting one size bigger as it states in the instructions, that was very helpful. He can secure the Velcro easily and says they are very comfortable. They keep his feet warm, he feels like he is walking on a cloud, and they are safe for him to walk in with the rubber sole bottom - no slipping! Very happy with this purchase and my grandfather is very happy with his gift!

What I really like about these slippers is the large size and the adjustable top flap. I'm not diabetic but it is very difficult to find large sizes in slippers (I'm 14, 4-E). Amazon needs to check all vendors for bait and switch: nearly all who claim to have larger sizes are perpetually out of stock. This vendor had the large size in stock - one of the few. And the adjustable flap on top allows adjustments for widths.What was really disappointing was the "comfy plush fleece" promised. There was zero. Like walking on concrete. I added a Dr. Scholl's insert to give it some cushion.

The shoe was not a true wide width and was just barely 12 inches but not long enough or wide enough to properly fit. The fabric was so lightweight, it seemed poorly constructed. I decided to return the slippers after it was clear that they did not fit the measurements necessary for a good fit. Did not try them on because they were way smaller than the measurements needed. Decided to go to brick and mortar store for expert fitting. Need a sturdy, well fitting shoe for diabetic in need of house slippers. Return being processed by Amazon but still need to drop off return at UPS to avoid paying additional fees; a real inconvenience for disabled person for whom these shoes were intended.

When I got them, they were bigger than what I got because my size was out. Ever since then one slipper has fallen off four seperate times with me just walking, and this last time was in a Walmart and now it is lost.Go find a better one in a store for that price.

It's hard to find slippers for swelling feet and these slippers are a great find. Very roomy at the toes and the velcro closure is easy to adjust for comfort as needed throughout the day. They are very well made all around and warm. The back of the slippers are sturdy and doesn't collapse under the heel like other slippers do. They hold up very well. My only complaint is there's no cushion comfort soles, but nothing that good cushion insoles couldn't fix.Overall, I'm very happy to find these and I would definitely recommend to anyone who suffers with swollen, painful feet.
