Tastes good and not too sweet
The label says 100% vegetarian. I'm a vegan so it was important to me that this product contain no animal sources of any kind. I like the cherry taste and it's not highly sweetened like some of the other liquid vitamins I tried. It contains no salt, soy derivatives, milk or gluten. I take other supplements as well so it's challenging for me to say if I notice anything different. Generally i mix it with my smoothies just to be sure I'm getting the vitamins and minerals lacking from my vegan diet.

It worked a little better than okay. Not worth the money to buy again. Other liquid vitamins have worked better for a lot less money.

Wow, very nice quality and taste
This is really a great liquid multivitamin. Even though I read all the reviews, I didn't really know what to expect about its taste. So I was very pleased that it tastes quite nice. There is a tiny bit of a nip to it, but there is no aftertaste whatsoever. It was a very pleasant experience.All the powered ones I bought that were super-nutrient tasted horrible and I ended up giving to my sister. She didn't even like them. And then I tried a couple of liquid ones that tasted horrid. So I gave up and just continued struggling for with taking pills that are difficult to swallow because they are either too big or an awkward shape to get down.Now I'm so happy I finally have found a multivitamin I can easily take because it is a liquid, and what is more it tastes just fine. And plus you get all that nutrition in 2 Tablespoons a day!
