A solid as iron album from start to finish.

Mortillery are a thrash band from Canada and continues the tradition of that Country always putting out killer bands. Their first album, Murder Death Kill was an amazing piece of thrash and this continues. Go out and get the lmd ed, contains razor, angel witch and anthrax covers all in a nice digibook. The packaging is killer and I think the booklet is like 16 panels, getting alot of love from Napalm Records. So Mortillery play classic thrash, with a nice mixture of some modern influnces. Cara, their vocalist, has an outstanding range and blows 90% of male thrash vocalist away, very dynamic. All in all, a buy or die purchase. Play at a loud level so you can topple some buildings in your neighborhood!!

Edmonton, Alberta based heavy hitters kick out pulse thumping track after track on their sophmore album. Tunes that stand out are "F.O.A.D." and Angelwitch". Elements of punk, thrash and heavy metal.

Killer Canadian band, thrash till death!

Que se soit la pochette ou tout simplement le nom du groupe,Mortillery fait dans le retro-trash de tradition proche des premiers Anthrax,Artillery,Toxic Holocaust ou encore Annihilator.Musicalement donc ces Canadiens n'ont rien inventé,en revanche c'est bien interprété.Les titres se partagent entre speed et mid-tempo d'excellente facture,écoutez des titres tels que:Cease to exist,Creature possessor,FOAD ou encore Maniac.De véritables bombes du genre qui devraient ravir les amateurs du genre et faire un malheur en live.Mais y'a tout de même un petit quelque chose en plus que ce groupe possède et devrait faire la différence,ils ont une chanteuse ultra charismatique au micro et elle envoie un chant très varié qu'on n'a pas l'habitude d'entendre dans le trash.Tantôt crié,rugueux,chanté,cela change de l'habituel chant masculin.C'est frais et très sympa à l'écoute,on sent d'ailleurs qu'elle peut encore s'améliorer,cela promet pour les prochains albums.En tout cas ce groupe canadiens méritent d'être soutenu et devrait faire son trou dans un style musical largement sur-exploité.

Wieder eines der Alben, welche man aber auch frau unbesehen kaufen kann. Die Band boltz und hämmert los, dass s eine ware Freude ist. Und wie üblich: Das ist eine Frau am Mikro? Mir gefällt's jedenfalls.
