UPDATE!I have it now for a while. Battery runs for only 1 hour and 30 minutes and then dies. It takes 24 hours to recharge completely. I give it a 2 because I paid $5 for it - under the new PRIME membership deal. It is not worth 35$. Customer service was great before for the video codec issue which was not an issue, since I did not pay attention on what it does play and I downloaded PUFFIN which does play FLASH Video codecs. BUT, big but!! I can only play for one hour and 30 min's. Also, keep in mind, after x amount of charges the battery is Kaput....

This item broke within a few months of using. Prior to that, it had a very short battery life. I guess you get what you pay for.

good product minor issues. cameras not great quality, tablet does not hold charge for long, and not very much internal storage (glad it has micro sd slot). for price I like the product overall

This was bought for my 5yr old. His class uses an online program for schoolwork. It is very thin and lightweight. We keep it a leather folio cover. It is very easy for him to use, Except, he doesn't always remember to hold the power button down to turn it on. We bought one in black and one in blue. They're both a great affordable option.

I've had it a couple weeks now and so far its working great. For the price I expected bugs or issues and so far, none. I got a 32GB TF card and it works great. Definitely not a disappointment ...awesome for my tween grand daughter, who has been watching YouTube, playing Pandora and games nonstop since we got it in!

Does not turn on and can't tell if it is charging. Can't figure out how to contact the seller for a return. Not happy at all.
