I have not studied anyother book on english grammar in my adulthood. But this one is really great to improve your grammar.

It doesn't only teach grammar, it also teaches how to think in English and form sentences in English.

I had a feeling that exercises were only for school children, and I was not interested in doing them initially. But after doing a few, I became addicted to it, and its variety is terrific. Book is good but no explanation about why we should use certain words or grammars at certain times or situations. Only many examples. For eg, there are sufficient examples about the uses of At, On, and In but no explanation about when to use them.

This book is very practical. It doesn't use a lot of confusing, academic grammar terms. All knowledge points are explained using examples. And the examples are very well chosen so they are both representative and also very practical expressions. This book is very convenient to use, each knowledge point has exactly one page for introduction and one page for exercise. The logistics took pretty some time to arrive Singapore.
