Monster High Music Festival Venus McFlytrap Doll

I try and buy all the monster high lines as soon as they come out. I was a little slow on this line and purchased all the dolls however never could find Venus in the Monster High Music Fest online in stores or at the stores. Finally found it on Amazon and at a great price. Doll is very cute and very colorful. She Venus is all ready to go with all the Ghouls to a music fest and they all have these badges to get into see the show. What messed me up. I honestly didn't know if Catty Noir is the doll they were going to see or if it was like a big music fest since basically all the dolls are wearing different themes to different years of style. However I ended up buying this set and the Ghouls night out sets just incase. As I said I buy all the dolls that they do out out for my loving daughter who collects these dolls and loves them with a passion. I highly recommend this doll although my daughter hasn't actually seen it yet. Christmas present.

What a lovely Venus doll! Her shoes are awesome. My only disappointment is part of her hair is not straight because of the pressure inside the box. I loved the paint on the shaved part of her hair and her outfit. These are the last dolls of my MH collection, since most of the reboot dolls are not my taste.

I give 5 stars for doll, because she looks awesome and was packed very good.But for delivery.... I wish I could give 0 stars for delivery... I ordered it on 2013 December 18 and got her just on 2014 February 4th... I ordered 3 werecats on same day and got them in 2 weeks, very fast, but this just got stuck in Belgium for ALL month.... Don't know why... No matter how much e-mails I sent to carrier, nobody answered me. I lost hope ever to receive her and thought she is lost...but today I got phone call from delivery. First I thought it will be my Jinafire from Germany, but when I saw box- I understood she finally came.Well.... At least she is in my hands. I already have one Venus and I noticed they both have silky hair. No need even to wash her head. And I just love her clothes, accessories. She is awesome. I was glad I bought her during Christmas sale. She is very rare in Lithuania.

I am really loving this Venus! Venus has a green design on the right side of her hair (flock area). Her hair is also more pink on top, and is shorter then usual. She has straight up purple eyeshadow and pink lips (a darker tone then her Swim class) and she has a single earring (leaves of course) made of the translucent material. Venus' shoes are jet black with pink on the bottom & on the heel - she also has some small spikes jutting out from the back of her heel! She's a great budget doll and fits the 'Music Festival' line to a T!

Four out of five because I freakin' love this doll!The only other venus I own is Swim class, She is extremely pretty but has nothing on punk venus.Venus comes with her normal Kanterlon hair, It's reversed though in the coloring More pink, less green, The shaved side of her head has a green Zig zag mark that looks really cool.Her belt is a simlar clear plastic to the vines of Swim class, But aside from that her vines are all this neon lime green, Green screen green as I like to call it.Her outfit IS in two peices, The shirt goes over the dress.The only reason she doesn't get five stars is because she doesn't come with a stand...And I can't forgive that, Yes you can spend 2.00 to order some in the mail, But I rather spent the two dollars when purchasing for it.I might add the price has gone up since I bought it though, I paid 16.00ish dollars, It's currently like 27.00 at the time I wrote this review.

This is a really cool looking doll. We ordered it for our daughter, and she gets it on her birthday in a few days. Seems to be the same quality as the other MH dolls--decent, will hold up to little girls play. I like that they are all original, and as my daughter put it--they are really cool because "each one is unique." Indeed.

My daughter loves them. They're sturdy. They're designed like anorexic zombie hookers.It's a mixed bag. Really.There's the delight at her joy in playing with them. Then there's the searing guilt at feeding into an impossible body image and possibly encouraging inappropriate attire.

This doll is amazing, her hair is so soft with more of a pink tone then green and her shaved side has a green zigzag design instead of it being just plain, her makeup is purple with just a little bit of sparkle on top. Her outfit is awesome she has a velvet like material that is shredded adding more to her punk rock theme, her dress is black with geometric shapes on it. She only comes with one accessory and its her V.I.M pass which if you cut the clear rubber band will frequently fall off. But other than that she is perfect in every way
