It came really out of tune and during tuning, strings broke easily. Placement of strings on bottom weren't spaced evenly. Bridge divets didn't keep strings in place. All around pretty and great wood. With a couple tweaks to the strings and bridge, it'll clean up well. Side note, get the 16 string instead. Most songs require more strings to play without retunig all strings.

Received this today. Finish is very poor. Deep scratch on the body, chips at the sound hole. Spacing between the the tuning pegs and the brass string holes are not equal.I’m returning this.

I like the sound and look of the instrument. It was easy to learn. It is easy to play.
