items are exactly as picture, the mandrel with the larger shaft has a triangular shaft, while the smaller shaft is round, you can fit sawblades/discs with a center hole of 10mm, 16mm or 20mm. the kit came with both shafts, 2 mandrels, and 2 sets of handles for tightening/loosening blades and discs, perfect and exactly what I was looking for

mainly a good product but no suitable flange for centralizing popular discs bores eg. 12 to 25 mm dia.
