What is the shelf-life on this product (seeing as it will take 2-3 days to reach me!)?

Please note: All our babkas & Rugalech have a shelf life of 6 - 8 weeks and stays fresh in unopened sealed bag for 6 to 8 weeks

Does the dough contain milk or eggs?

The babka does not contain milk. It is dairy free. It does contain eggs.

At a tasting party small pieces how many would one pkg serve?

I am thinking about 32 pieces. If you cut the entire loaf into 8 slices and cut each piece in quarters, that would be 32 pieces. If you wish more generous pieces, then it would be less than that obviously. If I were serving this, I would probably slice it into 6 slices and quarter those, making it 24 pieces.
