This headset is really amazing for the price. While some people have been a bit suspicious of the sound software, I must say downloading it was not dodgy at all and the software is great as it allows you to customize your experience the way you want it. For a headset of this price I did not think I would get this much quality. A big surprise was the great customer service they have, I had an issue with the first headset that I ordered and immediately they responded and instead of telling me to do things that wouldnt actually fix it, they quickly send me another one the next day. Pros: + Very good sound quality + Software is easy to download and install + Allows for lots of sound customization and setting up the surround sound through software + One of the best Customer Service I have seen, very quick response and they actually care + Headset looks very good with the RGB + Noise cancellation makes sure you are always immersed + The sound card allows you to easily control the RGB, volume and mic + Mic sounds good and cancels out surrounding sound, not too sensitive That being said I want to add a small problem that I can feel sometimes. Con: - The headset can feel heavy for some and uncomfortable for long gaming Altogether I must say this is a great headset and if you like to use a computer then and want to be immersed then this is a great choice for the price

I bought this for work initially, due to working from home, but I think once I'm back in the office I'll be replacing my £100+ gaming headphones at home with these. The sound quality is amazing, and the microphone is clear and unintrusive. The controls on the wire are handy for volume and muting controls and the light up rainbow colours are just an added bonus that I love. I have had no problems with the USB installation and it worked straight away with my windows work laptop. I'm very impressed and will highly recommend this to anyone who wants good quality, low cost headsets.

Bought these in 2019 and they gave up the ghost in 2025, so had 6 years of daily use from them. They are well made and were a great price (under £25). The sound quality was good and the microphone picked up my voice clearly. The volume control on the wire was easily accessible and very useful for adjusting the volume in and out and also for muting when needed. The connection wire could have been a little longer, but didn't really cause an issue. The headphones were very easy to sync and connect to the computer and I never had any issues. The headphones eventually broke apart in 2025 and the faux leather on the ear pieces started to disintegrate. However, for the price and the quality, I thought these were a great set of headphones.

So, headsets are a dime a dozen, and many dont wish to spend a fortune on razor or another brand, myself included. This headset was 29.99 with prime and it is absolutely fantastic, very comfortable and the noise cancellation is great also, I mean straight up you cannot hear someone next to you for the most part- sound quality is very good and with the addition of the soft lights at the side the design is modest, sleek yet not over the top. A great addition for when using my desktop and watching movies, listening to music or gaming. You're really not going to get better for this price.

A great step up from my old Gamescom headset. Very comfortable to wear for extended sessions, and people (even in general business meetings on Zoom) have told me the mic quality is excellent. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend for gaming. At default settings, they're a bit too bassy with a sludgy midrange for music (predominantly rock and metal here), but messing with the EQ settings might resolve that. Out of the box, my studio reference phones are much more suitable for music sessions so I just swap them over. I still need to get used to the audio representation in terms of positional audio (knowing when someone is creeping up behind you in Modern Warfare, for example), but the Xiberia works very well in Hunt: Showdown (keep the volume down a touch or you'll crap your pants every time you set off a flock of birds!). The quirks of Rainbow Six Siege's audio system is a tough one to crack inside these cans, though. Still, I assume that's more to do with my own senses and not exactly the headset (as it's much the same with the 7.1 function turned on or off). Wouldn't hesitate to recommend if you're on a budget and don't want to hit the higher echelons of the HyperX Cloud etc.

Bought these because there was £10 off and just needed something quick to get me by... But to be honest was really impressed when they turned up, Sure theres going to be better, but the quality isnt that bad at all, very comfortable, quality of sound pretty good too, not sure about the 7.1, I've not played anything that would really showcase these.just a bit of FSX. But seriously can't complain. Noise cancelling again probably better out there but these do a good enough job cancelling the misses out when I'm trying to listen to the ATC while flying. And they were plug a play, no need to set anything up..

These headphones are for my son to use on his pc, gaming and dictation software built into Microsoft products. According to the documentation received with the headset you need to download the software to activate the 7.1 surround. It is important to understand this is not the same as plugging in the headset and they automatically work as some describe. Your headset will work as a plug and play but it does not mean that the 7.1 surround is working. Following the instructions you go the website that is displayed both on the box and instruction manual. The website is in Chinese and the English translation is not a full translate. It was sufficient to work out which download to use for Windows 10. The download is a rar file. To be able to open a rar file you need a tool / app that can open a rar file on your pc. I used the microsoft store to find a rar app and i was able to extract the rar file into a folder to then install the software. Once the software is installed you can then open up the desktop app and activate the 7.1 surround. It is not absolutely clear that it is working correctly as 7.1 . According to the software and the settings available within the software i have done what i can. The headset is actually recognised as speakers rather than a headset. I am not sure if that is an issue or not. The software itself looks like it is more for a speaker set than it does a headset. Usually there is a specific setting where you can select a headset and use the 7.1 surround. This is why i am unsure whether the headset itself is receiving 7.1 surround. We have used the microphone for dictation in word and this works really well. The ear muffs are comfortable and overall it is a good purchase for the cost. I would like to see the developers work on making sure it is absolutely clear to the customer that the 7.1 is working and activated.

I got this headset because my old one broke, I was nervous about what it would be like at first but then when it came and I tried it out, I was super impressed. The rainbow light at each side of the headphone was super cool and nice to look at (even though most of the times you won’t be looking at it, it’s still make it look better), the noice cancellation was great- I couldn’t hear my screaming brother next door to my room! It’s comfy to wear, the button that’s attached to it (turn vol down, mute button, voice vol) it works well and overall this is one of the best headsets I’ve ever purchased. (For PS4 players, it connects to your ps4 console and not the controller, the cable is very long so it will reach wherever you’re sitting unless you’re sitting miles away from your screen! :/ but who sits miles away from their tv screen anyways?! 😄

Sehr gutes Headset. Für diesen Preis auf jedenfall Top. Im Gaming auch sehr gut man hört alles sehr gut was man hören muss. Passt sich super denn Kopf an und durch die laut und leise Regler für Mikrofon und Lautstärke wird es keine Kommunikationsprobleme mehr geben.

Je vous recommandé ce casque il est agréable enveloppe entièrement l'oreille le seul point négatif que je pourrais ajouter et le petit boîtier permettant de régler le son qui est en plastique et ne me semble pas très solide à long terme sinon qualité micro c'est très bien pour le son des jeux de type FPS aussi je suis très satisfait pour ce produit et je vous le recommande si vous avez des questions pour quoi que ce soit n'hésitez pas bonne semaine à vous

Après quelques mois d'utilisation je suis très content. Qualité est top. Juste il est un peu lourd.
