So far so good. I got tired of running a cable to the back for my kids to charge their devices in road trips so a did some research and various websites and the solution was install USB ports. They worked great ,nice little blue light for the night trips and has a cover to keep debris out. I used a 30mm hole saw but and it fit snug and tight as it should. Price was not bad at all for 2.

This was purchased for my 2012 Polaris, these have a cigarette lighter type outlet but prone to failure. This was purchased to relocate the power for my phone. As others state, it is a larger diameter than a standard 12 outlet hole. Please understand this a not just an outlet it also reduces and regulates voltage and amperage to your phone. This is the cause for the larger housing. With that being said, this is a nice part. I liked this one due to the cover, it actually covers the whole outlet when closed. This was just installed and a follow up review will be added after we get back from our ATV riding trip. I hope this review helps you.

They are being used to power led light and fast charge phones in a SxS that sees a lot of water and mud. They were easy to install with a stepped drill bit, easy to wire with only a 12v + and - connectors that are provided. Have gotten them wet quite a few times and they just keep on working. The built in lights make it easy to see at night, the color matches the black dash perfectly, and seem to be compatible with everything I have plugged in. All in all a very good buy.

Works fine, but its always lit up. I wanted power to be able to charge when the bike was off, but I dont want a light on constantly to drain the battery

With more amor USB power devices being made for cars, I found necessary to design and 3d print a dashboard mounted USB hub for my truck. These adapters work perfectly for that application.

I installed several of these in my Toyota. These items look great and are well built. They even have a soft blue glow when powered. Installation was pretty easy and the function is fine and seem to be quite durable. I like these dual USB ports!
