Justech Motorcycle Wind Deflector Windscreen Clip On Windshield Extension

Easy to fit and easy to adjust. Does an excellent job of deflecting the wind and reducing helmet buffeting. Great quality and good price.

I've installed this on my 2016 Triumph Tiger 800 XCx standard screen. The base plate seems to be well made and strong enough to carry the wind deflector for a long time at motorway speeds. The deflector itself is very nice and clear. The mechanism that keeps it in place has a strong pull and once tightened correctly, the deflector shouldn't go anywhere. Once you position it, tightening is a little bit difficult as the gap between the mechanism and bike's screen is very tight, but still doable. Took me about 5-10 minutes to fully install and adjust it. The instructions are not the best unfortunately, but the system is easy enough to figure out so you won't have issues. Make sure to get a Loctite before you install this, as this is advised in the instructions as well. I recommend purple (222) or blue (242) threadlocker, in case you need to remove it later on. You don't want the screen to be flying off when you're at high speeds. One thing that worried me was the screws pushing against the screen via rubber inserts. They are thick enough to prevent damage to some level, but make sure to do tighten them (there are 4) gradually to avoid cracking and punching holes on your screen. If you do not tighten them enough, it will probably move about and fly off, so there's really a sweet spot between cracking / damaging your screen and losing it on the road. I don't know as of yet how corrosion resistant the metal bits are, only time will tell. All in all, I'm glad I didn't pay £160+ for a Givi AF6401 for now.

Bought this based on the reviews & it did NOT disappoint! Completed a 1000 mile / 24 hour charity ride at the weekend & the screen performed brilliantly - I also had to ride 800 miles to get down to the start! The challenge was complete the ride on old & inappropriate motorbikes (costing under £600), so I rode an old ZX6. Normally on the ZX6, the wind at motorway (plus) speeds would catch my upper body & I’d have to hold onto the bars, but with this screen in place it really was effective at keeping me in clean air! The screen did not budge at all & felt very secure. Very impressed! 5 stars.

The fitting method could be improved. As the screws are tightened the clamping plate slides and distorts the silicone pads. The plastic lens is clear but those nasty pot holes in our roads are difficult to see to avoid hitting them. I've found that I'm too busy working that out instead of concentrating riding. But then, if the roads were in a better state of repair it wouldn't be a problem. However, as a wind deflector it's pretty good, it just takes time to try to get the position just right.

Needed something to stop buffeting. Motorway speeds on my BMW F800GT were a pain in the head. The standard small screen was next to useless on motorways and dual carriageways. So got one of these as a cheap fix not really expecting very much at all. Arrived the following day, easy to fit although dont overtighten as you could damage the existing screen. Other than that easy. Needed a couple of runs to adjust it. Main test a run to Knockhill and back. A round trip of 700 miles and 4 hours of rain on the way home. Needed final adjustment and buffeting is now gone. Doesnt stop you getting soggy but does stop the buffeting so i recommend it. Cheap and effective

I just wanted an extension to my windshield as the aftermarket windshield I bought was just about 6 inches shy of where I wanted it. This extension was exactly what I needed to control the buffeting I was getting at motorway speeds. I appreciated the adjust-ability as it took a few times riding to fine tune it to where I needed it, but I'm so happy to have this extension. It's not perfectly optically clear and that's the only reason for not getting that 5th star from me, but I'm really happy with my purchase and I'd recommend it to others.

Product quality seems ok. Vendor however not so. Realised should have ordered transparent with black bracket instead of silver. Contacted them, but though they have transparent shields and black brackets, and the kits are supplied loose in a box, I wont help. Go figure that one out. Poor.

ＮＭＡＸを新車購入して もうあまりお金をかけたくないな ということでこのスクリーン延長ステー（この名称でいいのか？）にしました。 あるあるですが 説明書は今一つ？です がＴＵＢＥに同じ商品かどうかわかりませんが動画も出てますし、セッティングは特に問題ないと思います。スクリーンにつける際に、傷防止の白いゴムを手で押さえながらネジを絞めていかないとゴムがずれます。注意点はそれくらいでしょうか？スクリーンの高さや角度も調整できる等からも 値段からしたらなかなかの物だと感じました。肝心の風防効果も十分にあると思います。

Dit scherm gekocht om de hoogte van mijn huidige te verlengen. Doet het goed en de montage is goed te doen. Zit stevig vast. Hij moest de wind tegenhouden en dat doet hij!. Wel is het zicht iets minder (wat vervorming in het scherm) als je door het scherm kijkt. Dit neem ik voor lief, want de herrie die ik nu niet meer heb van de wind weegt mij zwaarder. Erg blij met deze aankoop. Krijgt 4 sterren, als het zicht goed was geweest dan 5. Maar dit is wel een aanrader.

Ho recentemente installato il parabrezza Justech per la mia moto e devo dire che è un ottimo acquisto! Questo spoiler di estensione ha migliorato notevolmente la protezione contro il vento durante i miei viaggi. La sua installazione è stata semplice e veloce, e si adatta perfettamente al parabrezza originale. Notando subito la differenza, ho trovato che la guida a velocità più elevate è diventata molto più confortevole, con meno turbolenze e una migliore aerodinamica. Inoltre, il design è elegante e si integra bene con l’estetica della moto. La qualità dei materiali sembra robusta e resistente, il che mi fa sentire sicuro della sua durabilità nel tempo. Attenzione che qualche centimetro in altezza può fare la differenza tra un viaggio tranquillo e turbolenze intorno al casco!

La he montado en un nuevo modelo Kymco 350, escooter. Al ser la pantalla original muy bajita cumple la protección ante el viento y estéticamente queda muy bien. Accesorio para mí válido, discreto y no aparatoso sin necesetir de sustituir piezas origimales del modelo.
