MSM & Glucosamine

I have tried several brands but this works the best for me. I am 50 years old and whitewater raft almost every weekend. I have a desk job and get very little exercise during the week. My joints are very stiff and achy when I run out of this or use a different brand. If I take this the morning of and a day or two after rafting. I have no pain at all.

I know everyone buys this for their joint but I purchased it for my hair and it works great! I am able to see the result only after taking it for a week! Magical!

I've been using msm glucosamine for 14 plus years and I really feel this supplement has kept me from needing knee replacementsurgery. Lately I have had a difficult time finding this product in the dosage I'm used to taking which is 500 mg of both componentsI was happy to find them on Amazon for less than half the price I was paying for them before with no shipping cost. Everything was OK, but the pill taste terrible. I couldn’t actually take it.

I have been taking this supplement for over 25 years and have no problem with it.

I like solaray product there are more effective than other product l use

I bought this for my elderly dog who has arthritis in her hips. It has helped her quite a bit. She has less pain now. I will continue to buy this product for her.
