HyperKewl Men's Evaporative Cooling Sport Vest

This vest is awesome !, I wear this under my black mesh jacket, it keeps me cool for 45 mile one way commute from work in 108 deg. Central Cal. Summer weather, no need to rehydrate it. Hang dried outside for 6 hrs. & it still retained some moisture 2 days later, when dry it folds compact but not heavy when wet, I am sorry I waited so long to get it.

Eh, it was cooler & not too wet but maintenence is rediculous because it can't be washed and the effort is only worth it if this is your last resort to get cool.

Keeps me cool on 40C (104F) days on my motorbike and I wear it under my mesh jacket. It may dry out after a couple of hours so I drop into a public toilet and wet it and it's ready to use. Needs air flowing over it to work well.

Makes you wet- doesnt cool ...total waste

I was skeptical but gave it a go. It’s an odd feeling. It’s a damp coolness and a bit hard to get used to but in the end it makes a ride in 110 degree Vegas heat tolerable. It’s especially useful when using a mesh textile jacket that breathes when the oven heat hits you in the chest.

Doesn't work... Stay away.... Basically it's a sponge you wear... It doesn't get cool. Well, actually it does cool you off... WHEN YOU TAKE IT OFF... Seriously, it stays wet, the sides will wet your clothes. If your not on a motorcycle or there isn't air hitting you, the thing only makes you hotter.

Finally had a hot day to try this out. I used it at a motorcycle track day. Dunked it in some water and put it on over my t-shirt. A nice chilly shiver settled in. Out on the track I could tell I was cooler than the session earlier. I recommend.
