Wonderful but the instructions have one major flaw
If they send me a replacement bladder I will change this rating to a 5. (EDIT - the did.) The pack is beautifully made. Construction looks excellent. But the beautiful instructions SEEM to stop at the bottom of the first side. Step 1 put the bladder in. Step 2 thread the tube thru the strap. Step 3 Enjoy. So I look at it and think "hmmm, got to get that tube attached to the bladder". Look at it. Look at the bladder. Decide it looks a lot like a salad dressing bottle top that needs the tab lifted, so lift the tab. It popped off and I cannot get it back on. The tube goes in but it doesn't latch. (EDIT - the replacement tube just pops in and automatically locks.) At some point the instructions get flipped over (maybe even by accident, I don't know) and AHA - we were not done and ready to enjoy as step 3 indicated. The tab is the lock and release. I can see how it fit in, but I cannot get the tab back on. If I had just barged into it without looking at the instructions I would say my fault. But I followed the instructions, which seemed to end at the bottom of the front side. I don't think I even knew the back side wasn't blank. I have not found a way to contact Mothybot so resorting to this hoping they will take notice. It is a beautiful well-designed and made pack. Just the instructions are misleading and seem to have resulted in loss of use since I can't get the clip back on. I bought it in July and tried it on - very satisfied. But went to use it first time today (September), so out of the 30 day return policy. EDIT - the new bladder arrived today. I have not actually USED the pack, but have tried it on and find it very comfortable. I love the pockets!! One on each of the waistbands (about 6 x 3), a mesh pocket on the outside of the back (about 8 x 5), the bungies on the upper outer back, and inside the back pocket a slip-in pocket (about 8 x 9), a zippered pocket (about 8 x 7), and the full height pocket (about 8 x 14). Of course you can't stuff a ton of things in these pockets, but they make things really easy to find and retrieve. If I hadn't had the problem with the instructions, on first appraisal I would have looked to see if there were more than 5 stars to give, and now after putting the new bladder in and looking more closely at it, I would give it a 10 if that was an option.

Very pleased.
This pack was perfect for me. Lightweight, no sloshing sound, my water stayed cold. I even put a Body Armour drink in the bag next to the water bladder, and that stayed cold.

Hydration pack with some bonus
I work outside for 8-10 hours a day dealing with customers and needed something to combat the Midwestern summer heat. Browsed around for a while and decided on the Mothybot. its very lightweight and the straps are comfortable. The clip that holds the straw up near your face is helpful, if you need to be semi hands-free. After using this for about a month I feel comfortable with leaving a review: TLDR: Buy it for day trips or quick bike rides, but carry extra cold packs for longer than a couple hours. Not fully insulated! PROS: ╚The room for storage is great. Whether you're hiking, riding, or just making a day of the weather this pack has enough room to hold all the essentials. ╚The waist straps have fanny-pack like pouches where you could store some money or maybe a knife. They're not big enough for phones, but they are good for extra pockets. ╚There is a headphone cable port in the pack. Since I'm outside with my phone and an iPad, I keep a 20,000 battery in my pack's storage and routed the cable right along the path as the straw. It definitely makes it easier to get through the day when you don't have to find a way to charge your devices. ╚The bladder's opening is large enough you could fill it with huge chunks of ice and let it melt all day as a way to preserve the cool drink on tap. Two big CONS: 1) The compartment where the bladder is held is POORLY insulated. There's a very thin layer of insulation on the front and back of the compartment, but the sides and bottom are bare material. You're lucky to hold a temperature for about 2-3 hours without a lot of cold-pack support. To keep the pack cold past the 4 hour mark (closer to 6 hours) I add a cold pack behind the bladder, a cold pack to the front of the bladder, and 2 frozen bottles of water on each side. 2) The 2 Liter capacity is not exactly the truth. 2-liters of water is about 67 ounces. The average water bottle in North America is 16.9 oz so I should be able to pour almost 4 full bottles. While standing on end, as if you were wearing it, the bladder will only hold 3 bottles of water. If you took it out of the pack, laid it flat, and carefully maneuvered the bladder as you filled it, you could get very close to the full 2 liters, but "ain't nobody got time fo'that"

Best purchase for Disney and Universal!
This is the BEST purchase for Disney and Universal. We just got back from a 2 week marathon trip of both parks. End of June early July in Florida is HOT and humid. These saved our lives. Although the parks offer free water because of covid many of the places to get the water are limited and lines are long. Each family member had their own pack and we were able to fill them with ice and water before we left the hotel and again at midday during our break. If someone ran low we would refill them in a water fountain or bottle filler (newer attractions had these). The insulation kept the ice and water cold for a good amount of time. The packs were big enough we could throw snacks and sunscreen, a long sleeve shirt and a poncho (July in Florida is wet). The hip pockets are decent sized but if you have a larger phone they won't fit. Although these are water resistant and did a good job of keeping our stuff reasonably dry it is not waterproof. The ice in the pack created condensation and the fabric was damp. Perpetual rain had the packs damp but not soaked thru. We just put things we wanted to keep dry (long sleeve shirt) in a plastic bag for extra protection. Universal required placing bags in lockers before riding many of the rides. These easily fit with full water bladders and extra souvenirs (Harry Potter robes and wands). Definitely worth the money to get one for each family member. I'm plus size with a large bust and had so much extra room in the straps. The waist and chest straps help distribute the weight and make is much easier to carry compared to regular back packs!

Perfect pack!
Bought this for our summer trip to southern Utah and Arizona. Hiking and biking through national parks. My 14 year old (5’5”) wound up wearing it because she didn’t like the Camelbak I had for her, which I ended up wearing. This is a great pack, especially for the price, and I like it a lot more than mine and my sons Camelbak’s. She ended up being the one to carry everything because I only had a very small space for anything other than the bladder. She had room for all of our snacks, tubes of sunblock, sunglasses, etc. The bladder area was also insulated, which was really nice because the water stayed cool. My 12 year old wore a junior Camelbak (Scooter) - see pic of both of them for size comparison. I will be purchasing two more of these so we all have one!

Great product, well priced, competes with name brands with ease.
I really like this water backpack. I have an osprey and I love it, but this one works just as well with a few extra cfeatures. It has an insulated inside so the water will stay cool longer. It also has a larger backpack, and I like that the straw bit has its own sweater. I guess it’s nice to know there’s a little extra protection. Seems well-made. I guess it’s not as attractively designed as the Osprey, but I really don’t notice. It does its job well enough where it doesn’t matter. I would buy this product again.

Perfect pack for short hikes
I took this pack on a weeklong trip through the Pacific Northwest and it was perfect for my daily hikes. The water bladder was durable and didn’t leak. Because it is insulated, the water stayed cool. The extra pocket held my phone and snacks. Plus, I was able to attach my hiking poles through the bungee straps. It’s very lightweight. I feel like there’s a lot of value in this bag for the cost. I especially liked the lower waist strap. My husband’s pack didn’t have that and I had more comfort on our hikes. It is a little challenging to get the bladder fully dry after cleaning so be prepared to use a towel to manually dry it. Otherwise, it’s perfect.
