A Great Guy
I bought this book for my boyfriend, as he has recently expressed an interest in bulking up. The book has been an amazing guide at getting him going, and has everything within its pages that you need in order to embark on the path of leading a healthy life, building muscle, and changing your eating habits so that you get the results you want as quickly as you can, and maintain them over time. The book is well written, and does everything that it sets out to do. It is a good choice if you are looking at make this life change for yourself, or if you know someone else that is.

The Ultimate Hardgainer's Guide
I bought this book for a fresh perspective on the diet aspect of body building. I've been really burned-out on my eating regimen. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the comprehensive overview of body building that this guide offers. I had never studied the genetics side of this endeavor. I also very much appreciate the author's insight on incorporating a partner in one's work-out routine. I'm going to use the included screening tips in order to find my complementary work-out partner. The recipes sound appetizing, and I will be modifying my diet right away, but I'm really stoked about this book's content as a whole!

Great book
The majority of training books are short and include a small number of workouts. This book is exactly the opposite. It is rich and includes a lot of workouts. I am far from the bodybuilding type, but, this book was recommended to me for its details and variety of information. So, I got it and I do believe that the writer covers every possible question a bodybuilder, or a regular training-loving guy, could possibly have. The only disadvantage is the lack of some photos that could demonstrate better the exercises.

Spend money elsewhere
I wish I could give this this book a much better review, but knowing others may read this i just cant. I've never wrote a review on here but I had to say something about this book. In this book the message is great, but as you read this you not only find spelling errors throughout but more importantly a math equation that just dos'nt pan out. His math for carbs and proteins in this book is outright outragious, I don't know who edited this book but they did a terrible job. I give this book 2 stars, mainly just for the workout plan which isn't bad.

A lot of fitness books give me the impression that they have been written without much thought or research. You pick out a middle of the road routine accessible to a large audience, you describe exercises, you cover basics of nutrition, and then put in some fluff about mindset, and none of it includes information not already well represented by lots of sources in print and online. This book manages to fail to meet even that low standard by making it clear that the author didn't even review his writing. As a key example, in the chapter on "Training for Real Muscle Mass", in Phase One, the program announces that the entire routine will "consist of the big 6 mass builders..." and then proceeds to list only 5 lifts. It's possible that the author might really know his stuff -- but he clearly didn't invest too much time into this book, and neither should anyone else.

Superb.......
This is one for the hard rockers. Looking to get ripped and all muscles. This here is your book. It tells why it seems harder for some guys to gain mass muscle. It speaks of genetics. I also learned your muscles grow when rested after the gym. It speaks of food and training . It also gave tips on what to do before and after training. I also like the fact that it gave the exercises best to do. The stuff mentioned here is good and quite beneficial.

Very detailed guide to building muscle aimed at hard-gainers.
Bodybuilding is something I’ve been interested in for a while but whenever I had started a program in the past I found myself frustrated with my lack of progress. Eventually I realised that I was what is known as a hard-gainer…someone who struggles to put on muscle. This book then was perfect for me as it explains the best ways for hard gainers to get significant gains. I will be returning to weight training with renewed confidence and enthusiasm because of this. The book is so much more than a place to find good routines though. It goes into fantastic detail into the biology and theory of building muscle which I found fascinating. Heartily recommended.

Nothing New here
Not much useful content. Phrase one of the exercise plan is close to what I already do but not sure about the effectiveness of the second part. The nutrition and supplement info is basic and again, nothing new. The author or editor really need to invest in a spell checker. It's hard to give the book much credence with so many errors.

Spellcheck. It's a thing!
This e-book/book contains some interesting ideas and concepts about gaining muscle if you're a hard gainer, however what's really distracting is the sheer number of grammatical errors and spelling mistakes! All you have to do is look at the free 3 page sample to understand what I'm talking about. This, coupled with the double space lines, makes me think this was a 3rd year dissertation. Interesting read, but I wouldn't put my stock faith in it especially since the author clearly didn't proof read it.
