Great resistance bands!
I ordered those because the gym I usually went to have these same resistant bands and thought I want to have them at home as well for my convenience. It was slippery at the first 20 or so uses. After a few months they finally became the same feel and is my best gym companion. I use the yellow one for upper body and red black for lower body strength training. I have been using them for almost 9 months and they are still doing great. Love those and will continue to order more as backup.

These are by far the best resistance bands I’ve used
Wow. These are by far the best resistance bands I’ve used. Upon trying on the black one (heaviest) first, I was shocked at how tight and resistant it was. I had a problem with other bands being too loose and stretchy, but these seem a lot more smaller in circumference. The bands is made from very thick rubber (not the thin cheap kind) and it takes quite some effort getting it up to your quads. I plan to use these bands for glute activation before leg days. Hopefully they will hold up for a while! If not, I would 100% re-buy.

It worked for me
I am a runner and wanted to add something to my normal routine that I could do at home esp. at my own pace or when the gym is too crowded and I don’t want to wait to use the equipment. Using the bands for a month along w/a routine I’ve seen on YouTube I’ve definitely noticed a difference in both my thigh muscles and gluts! And I’ve been told that with my frame (4’11”, 110 lbs), I prob couldn’t get a booty LOL It’s not a Kardashian but people have now complimented me on it so I know it’s there now!! Ha Ha Ha

Great, but there’s better out there.
When I first got these bands I was in love. They changed the game for me leaving my booty sore after I started to incorporate them for activation exercises and as an additional resistance in my regular training. Simply put so awesome. The reason I rate them as only three stars though is because they were difficult to use at first. They’d roll up and literally feel like I was cutting circulation off. After I got the hang of how to use them and get them to not bunch up and what not I guess I overused them to the point I snapped both the light and medium resistance loops after having them less then a month!Great little bands for activation exercises but be wary they may not last very long.

Pretty Good
These didn't break like all the other reviews said. I use these as well as "Perform Better" with my personal trainer and they work fine. They are a little thinner so if you're too ruff , you can wear them out faster. But MOST bands will break over time, even the name brands like "perform better". Keep pulling a rubber band and it will eventually snap, same concept. They're decent quality and I've been using them for at least 3-6 months.

The main reason I liked the Sklz over other brands is that these are ...
The main reason I liked the Sklz over other brands is that these are shorter and so you have to do more work to push the knees out during a squat or to do side steps. I had 2 other sets of bands from other brands and I gave them away because there was not much resistance. I am 5'2" tall and weight 112-115 so take that into account. If you have short legs you will need smaller bands because long bands feel like they have already been stretched.

Awesome
LOVE THESE! The burn is unreal, and I've only used the "light" band so far. I use these on leg day in between sets. It has also come in handy when I had to travel over the weekend and my hotel did not have a gym. It has also withstood my partner's outdoor workout and didn't break or show any signs of outdoor wear (he's not exactly gentle with stuff like this). Great product. I'll be buying him a set of his own.
