They used to be best quality you could find. This model still looks great, offer's great support, but both sets have loosening insoles. In the size 10 model the sole lifted up and reattached in a folded up position, making it uncomfortable for my son's toes. So, they are getting replaced. The size 13 so far (1 month) only has loosened edges, I hope it doesn't happen in a week or two when I can't return anymore. Last year the Kai shoes had a problem with color chipping off the toe covers, that is no longer happening with these shoes.
