Prosantos is trying to rebuild a scepter that will unleash the gates of hell, and it's up to Chuck Norris to stop him. The setting in Israel really adds to this. Is this movie cheesy? Yes, and it embraces it. This was the final release from the great Cannon Group, and has all of the elements fans had grown to love from them. It is a gloriously entertaining film from the 90's era. Review: Love it - This movie is awesome to watch because it has lots of action, awesome quality and great picture.
