There are many products that do the same job - provided it's well made and comfortable there is no need to pay for more expensive items. This item is very well made. The material seems durable and the stitching looks strong. The velcro holds well and I can definitely feel it pulling my shoulders back. The best way to wear the item is to first stick the straps loosely to the front strap and then place the correcter over your shoulders and then to tighten the straps. This is way better than letting the straps hang loose as otherwise you are forever trying to catch it behind your back and then, once caught, trying to straighten it. I paid about £9 for this and it's excellent value for this product. Happy with the purchase.

I can’t give a full review of this just yet as I haven’t used it as much as I should but the times I have used it, it is very comfortable & very easy to use! I will update this review at a later date to confirm whether it works to it’s full potential & helps with posture correction.

This is definitely an easy to use contraption for posture, and when it's on it definitely does encourage you to sit more upright. However, some reviews have written that it's too big on some frames and I would agree. I'm not especially small in frame - a UK size 8 - but this is too big on me and therefore I have to keep adjusting it, have added an extra bit on, meaning all in all it is not as comfortable to wear as it could be if it fit properly. I wouldn't recommend it because I don't use it that much because of the poor fit on me personally.

The best piece of advice I can give to you is to think of this brace as more of a 'mental reminder' to keep your back straight. You may be thinking 'why would I spend money on something I could just set a reminder for on my phone' but I found even after two days of use I naturally straighten my back without a thought. This product boasts qualities such as ease of use, comfort and design whilst failing to mention how effective it really is. My constantly straightened back has boosted my confidence and even improved my workout form. Great product, buy it!

This product was flimsy and did nothing to help pain relief or improve posture. It wasn't helpful at all and there was no way for it to be good to use. I tried it on two other people as I initially thought it could just be wrong for my frame but no luck. I attempted to use similar product and came to conclusion that whole thing is a massive ploy to make money. Not just this product but all products like this. I've been doing more stretches and posture exercises to relieve my pain which have worked better. Don't waste money on these products please. Only improving your body posture with exercise and being aware will work. Money won't provide a quick fix.

I have a really bad posture and as much as I try to think about the way I stand or sit I soon go back in to my slump hump pose. I have ignored it for years until I recently saw a photo of myself out with the girls. OMG. I sent for this and another posture corrector and I must say I think they are quite brilliant. I wear either one every day for as long as I feel like it. I have left them on most of the day. I wear mine over a T shirt because under the arms can get a bit uncomfortable, if I go out I either put a top or a jacket over to conceal it. I do prefer the other that I have bought only because I am small and I have to tie this one at the front, but it still does the job. The good thing is, is that when you are not wearing it you think about the position you should be in and it helps you correct your position better. I was dubious but for me it has worked.

This item seems well made and good quality. However it is not clear when ordering what size this is suitable for. The description (when scrolling down the page) has a large image of ladies doing yoga with the text: 'Universal Size. 27 to 36cm'. I am petite so I bought this assuming it would fit. However this brace is far too big for me and only fits if I wear it over thick jumpers and outer wear. Furthermore the design of the brace is such that in order for a smaller person to wear it they must pull the velcro up and strap it over their shoulders on onto their back. This is inconvenient and makes it difficult to wear.

This is a good product for reminding/obliging you to keep your shoulders back. I liked the simple design. It is comfortable, and easy to use and I felt it was working. Be aware that its function is quite limited - it will certainly help people not to round their shoulders but if you have one shoulder higher than the other, or a scoliosis/lordosis, you may need a different product. My difficulty with it was that, being a fairly small build, I had to pull the straps up so far that they were doubled over on the shoulders. This made it very bulky so I couldn't wear it discreetly under clothes. As a result I wasn't using it, so I bought a different one.
