The date on the box is 3/26, expired product? this time it burned my scalp and side of my face; my hair turned out much darker than the former applications; will not purchase again.

Not the color advertised
i purchased 9A - Pale Ash Blond. i was blond and wanted to remove the yellowish tone, now i turned into a brunette! how is it possible for Pale Ash Blond to be dark sandy brunette? i purchased 9N prior, which is Sandy Blond. also ended up a brunette, just yellowish. it does not correspond to the color name nor to the color chart. i guess to be an actual blond i need to use 11 and up.

Small bottle, not much punch
After hearing wonders about this product, I decided to buy it. Well I should have done my research well, I bleached my hair to a light orange, and it just enhanced the orange, instead of getting me the ash blond color. It might be perfect for light colour hair, but if your hair is bleached to an orange, choose one with blue tones, as this one has purple hues. The only thing that counteracted my carrot top hair was, buying a light silver hair coloring from another brand as I did not want to bleach my hair more and restart the process. Believe me when I say, nothing online worked, now I have pale ash blond hair.

Misleading images/chart
Images of colors/levels are very misleading. Lifted my natural light blonde hair but didn't deposit any ash tones at all. Very disappointed.
