I love this system, and thank it to resetting my body, hormones, and helping me to find healthy foods that my own body is reactive to. Many of the recipes I continue to use often. Worth it!

As a vegetarian I was almost left with nothing to eat, from dairy to eggs, to cheese to tofu. These are my main staples so think twice if you are a vegetarian.
