It claimed that dyes and fragrances can exacerbate sun sensitivity and surfactants can disrupt a compromised skin barrier. I mainly use it for hands and feet. It can be used on body as well but I have another product that I prefer. I haven’t noticed any lessening of sun sensitivity but the skin on my hands is less dry and painful than when I was using my long term go to, Softsoap Aloe. (I can’t tolerate many hand soaps like Dial for even 1 wash.)
