best way to control chlorine

i love this part. its made in USA, thats #1 for me. im not into giving chinese markets a penny, since its just not worth the cost in the end. So other than the fact that this product is near perfect, when i put 4 chlorine tabs in it (thats how many it holds max of the 3" kind) then it overchlorinates the 15ft diameter round pool which is about 5k gallons. so i need to reduce the amount of tablets. Ive tried tightening the adjuster all the way down. the adjuster is kind of stiff so i may just need to loosen the tightening ring that holds down the adjuster knob, to free it up some. but for some reason the adjuster knob is hard to turn, to maybe i didnt actually turn it all the way down. i can say i have it turned down to below 0, so i think the tightening ring that holds it down may jus tneed to be loosened up and things spun to the center first then retightened loosely. Its made in USA, so ill bet that will definitely work. I can say, this part will definitely work for your pool, it works great, just maybe too good, so you may need to reduce the amount of tables you have if your pool is less than say 10k. other than that the product is perfect.

This chlorinator is a time saver. We use this thing along with the floating chlorinator and it is the easiest thing in the world for our 27' above ground. Another tip: Along with the chlorine tabs in the inline chlorinator and the floater, we use another floater with Arm and Hammer Balance Tablets about twice a week. For us, keeping the inline chlorinator full and the chlorine floater full all the time, along with 3 tabs of the Arm and Hammer tabs, we have a crystal clear pool. On occasion we will do a pool shock just for an extra blast when it's really hot out.

This hooked right up to our new sand filter without a problem. We have only been using it for about two weeks, but my husband is quite pleased being he takes care of our pool. Now that we have closed the pool he feels very comfortable only going out once a week to check the chlorine level instead of having to do it everyday! I am confident the longer we have it the time between checking the pool will lengthen. It appears to be very well made and should last for many years!

Probably a good product but will not work (stock) with Intex filters. You will have to have some knowledge of plumbing to get this adapted to an Intex pump.

I’m not supposed buy the think which is all ready been returned. Fitting with adjustable screws doesn’t work for long term and chlorine holder inside flips . Material and functions is a for use for a very short time. I deed trying to put together Waterway pump which I used just for the one season didn’t hold enough. After thinking about future costs everything ended in the trash can.

This product works great and good value

This chlorinator has odd hook up fittings , you can not use normal u.s. plumbing fittings to install this unit , this is not mentioned in the item description and you would be stuck with the haste and cost of return shipping, it is also made with poor quality plastic.
