I am hoping for more research on this, to try to get insurance to cover. I am taking it 5 caps 2X daily. I do seem less sleepy all the time. I hope to try the powder with my Ninja blender. I can't find it on Amazon now. There is 30 days worth in the powder, but is harder because its more important to take on an empty stomach, I think from watching Dr. I.E. But--less sleepy. I'm taking for breast cancer, and having to get a second surgery, as some remained the first time. This gives me hope it won't be spreading. NOW nutritionist claimed its "the same formula" as the original. Actually, I'm really excited about this medication, and there may be a new 10 year study coming out.

I'm pleased with the ease of swallow the capsules are and these do not have any strong smell and MCP is so good for detoxing with the others I use... will buy these again because NOW is very particular for not including bad ingredients.

Today was my first day taking this, but I thought I'd go ahead and share that, I have been hacking up mucus since having been in a mold home. Just took one of these an hour before breakfast with a fair amount of water, my nose has mostly cleared up from the excess mucus. Also, I have less body pain. I will say that I am positive some of my body pain had come from mold exposure, but I also have fibromyalgia. I do find this quite fascinating as I'm wondering if it will also take care of the fibro pain points. I don't want to say that for sure yet, but I will continue to update.

Somehow I missed, when I was shopping, that 6 capsules should be taken 3 times a day. Therefore I was dismayed, with my super tight budget, that the 180 capsule bottle I bought was only enough for 10 days. Also, swallowing 6 capsules (plus 2 others for parasite cleanse) at a time -- is starting to feel bad in my throat after the fourth dose. So I am going to buy the scoop and powder type that is a few dollars cheaper for a 30 day supply, from another company on Amazon.

Took this for detox and was surprised it took care of my hip arthritis pain like nothing else. I won't be without it but 2 pills per day is all I need.
