Delicious crunch and toastiness.
I use this toasted rice to make the one Thai dish I know how to make, which is Yum Nua. It saves me a lot of time to just buy toasted rice vs. making it myself. I keep at least two bags on-hand and have added it to other types of salads for to boost flavor and add crunch. The toastiness is not overwhelming at all but still lends a lot of flavor.

Expensive and small
Small package and expensive, but does work for nom tok. Itโs bigger granules than other powder I found in the market. Not super hard to make but is nice to have premade and ready to go.

Ass a quarter cup of this to your Larb Gui. Adds so much. Package of ground chicken 4 scallions 3 cloves garlic cilantro Sauce: Soy sauce Fish sauce Lime juice sugar Cook up first part, add sauce. Add roasted rice. Serve with rice and big butter lettuce pieces and some cucumber slices. Larb Gui!
