Bobelock2000W Fiberglass Blue/Gray 4/4 Cello Case with Wheels

We have been on the hunt for a cello case for a few months now. We looked at more expensive models, but did not want to spent a lot of money at this time. This case is a perfect fit for our needs. It is very sturdy. I love the color. It is not very heavy and the wheels make it easy to transport. It is also as compact as a cello case could be. We can fit it in the trunk of my husband's Chevy Malibu with no problem.

Great mid- class case for daughter's cello. Good weight. Locks have to be perfectly aligned to close, but isn't a big deal to get it done. She's 5 ft., so needed a case that wasn't too heavy, but was sturdy. Liked the color choices offered.

This case is so lightweight and easy to get around. I can carry it easily but it's more fun to roll. It stands up well on the carpet and rolls easily on most surfaces (gravel not so much). My only complaint is that the front and back don't line up easily when I'm closing it. It requires some jiggling to get them to fit together. I guess I have one more complaint: the interior has a weird smell and it hasnt gone away, even after leaving it open for weeks. Now my cello kind of smells like it. I'm crossing my fingers that it goes away over time. Otherwise, great cello case.

I got this for my 14-year-old son and he loves it! Good price for a very nice case. Blue color is a nice blue, lining is soft. His 4/4 cello fits just fine and the case is not too heavy.

Purchased for my granddaughter. Had a slight odor inside that dissipated when opened and aired out. Weight, color (blue) , latches and construction all well done . Wished it had two instead of one shoulder strap when she has to carry, not wheel the cello. Good value!

I have this cello case and I love it. It is very soft and it cushions the cello well. There is room for two bows and there is a pocket to put your rosin and tuner. It is pretty light and I never use the wheels. I usually carry it. This is overall a great case!

The case is a bit heavy. Otherwise is a good case.

My cello got knocked over and even though the neck was securely strapped in the case, it snapped clean off, requiring an expensive repair. So — although it looks totally protective, it failed me. I still gave it four stars, because its light, rolls easily. Agree with the commenters who say it’s hard to line up the closure snaps. FYI, my local luthier said ALWYS set it down on its side, not standing up. I sure wouldn’t trust it to a baggage handler!
