That said, the small/light pads are not as good. They are still very absorbent, but they do not stay in place as well as the medium/large. Probably because they are smaller and have less 'bulk/length' behind them to stop them sliding up/down your underwear with just the popper behind it. I did have to keep pulling it up every time I went to the bathroom. I have decided to use the large/medium most of the time and only use the light for the last very light day as just a back-up. They do not stay put once attached, and I actually have to use a safety pin to keep them from moving around (which in the grand scheme of things is not a challenge). I have used them at nighttime, and they are definitely more comfortable than huge pads. However, I am not sure how they would hold up to a very heavy flow.
