There are a LOT of these types of lights being sold through Amazon. I bought a few around Black Friday hoping to give them as gifts and to replace some of the flashlights I have around the house (just tired of replacing batteries) for when the electricity goes out, or just when one might come in handy. A few of the other brands were NOT as bright as these, their buttons did not work, or they would not charge or hold a charge for long. I think I got lucky when I came across these. THEY HAVE BEEN GREAT!! They produce a BRIGHT, WHITE light; others were not as bright, some produced a yellow light (I really like white instead of yellow). They hold a charge. I unfortunately don't have any data to share about how long, sorry. CHECK THE PRICES on the various options of multi packs. Sometimes the two packs are less than the three and four packs. Sometimes the three packs are less than the two packs or four backs, etc. There are different sizes of "LED Work Lights" from the different brands. BE CAREFUL. Pictures on the listing don't always do a good job of representing the actual size. I think this listing does a nice job. I REALLY like the picture that shows the comparison to a cell phone. I have a couple of larger ones that I like as well (ORHOMELIFE Rechargeable LED Work Light), but they are definitely larger (and cost more). The Lmaytech seem to be the right size. Good for home, car, garage. That said, the larger work lights often have a few more options. The magnets on the larger lights seem to be a little stronger and will often allow for adjustments to their angle. (I think because they are used for automotive or garage use.) That said, I haven't had any issue with the magnets staying put on these. Larger ones often have a dial to adjust the light setting. Although this seems good, I don't use that function on the larger ones I have. This one has the two click settings and the front light that work fine. The larger ones do produce more light, but this one does a nice job for everything I need it to do. The biggest difference between larger ones and this size is usually the rotating light bar. The light bar on this one flips up and down. On the larger ones, often the light bar will also rotate making it more versatile if attached somewhere, e.g., under the hood of a vehicle. If I know I am going to need that versatility I grab a larger one. But most of the time, I just grab one of these. I haven't really had to stress test the water resistance or durability. I have dropped them and they continue to work fine. I have used one in the rain and had no problems. I have both the black and yellow versions. I like both but I put the black ones in areas where I don't want them to be noticed, like on the top of the refrigerator. I use the yellow ones in places where I want to easily identify them. e.g., in the utility room near the water heater and the HVAC unit. AND BONUS - Don't forget that if you hold the button down RED LEDS come on. Click again and the RED LEDs flash. Just a cool feature. Just watch out for your children wanting to use them as a mini light saber. :)

I bought a two-pack of these and gave one away as a stocking stuffer two months ago. I was really surprised not only with the brightness and how often I ended up using it, but also the usefulness of the little single-LED on the end of the housing. This light’s slim light bar and its magnetic base were PERFECT for getting behind an exhaust manifold heat shield while I was trying to thread in an O2 sensor in a nearly blind location. Unfortunately, I forgot to remove it after wrapping up the job. After a two-hour round trip commute to work, my wife said something smells like it’s burning, and it didn’t take long to find the issue. The hinge is unusable, but the light element works fine. The only improvement I’d like is a stronger magnet. On a vertical surface with the light bar extended (installing a gas line on the back of a kitchen range) the light slowly crept downward with slight bumps and vibrations while I worked.

This is cheap for the quality, power, durability, weight, and brightness! It is better than a flashlight because it is light weight. It is rechargeable and no dark money pit of batteries! It offers three light modes. It is compact and portable and can be taken and used indoors and outdoors. You have multiple choice of positions for lighting direction. It’s a practical workhorse daily item needed for your average Joe or Jane DOE.

First impressions, I like them. Both worked and charged up quickly, already almost had a full charge out of the box. They are nice and bright. We will see how long they hold up. And the price was great too!

Turned out to be a very useful tool. Great for working on car, or just to keep in vehicle for emergencies. They are durable and well worth the price

The flashlight is a pretty nice thing to have when doing jobs inside the engine or wheel wells. The battery life is actually really solid, it lasted me around 8 hours before it started fading and needing to charge it. I really do have to give it 3 stars for it not being that bright. Its bright enough to let you see, but juuuuust dark enough to where using your phone flashlight would be a better option. The little flashlight on the top of the light is hilariously dim, it would actually be better to remove it with it being so useless. The magnet is solid but sometimes it would fall when moving. Also this is probably not a bad thing for most people but im actually upset and appalled that this comes with micro usb. You cannot have put a worse port and cable on the flashlight. Literally everything comes with usb c, and having to use a separate cable to charge ONE (or two) THINGS is honestly really stupid.

These rechargeable lights lights work great and you can't beat the price.

Ideal..great value ..like how bright they are..they are new so battery life we will have to see. One negative..magnets are getting weaker i have had a few over the last few years and they seem to be getting weaker .. not heavy at all. As a hgv driver i use them every day and they are good....look at the magnets though..

They work really well, super bright and the battery lasts a while too. Only thing the magnetic is not strong enough to support its weight at certain angles. The hook can help with this but needs a stronger magnet
