I've bought this specific pack and others multiple times already, and I can give a clear opinion on them. Honestly most of the time these do increase your heart rate and give you some level of mental clarity, but it feels as if it depends on multiple circumstances outside just drinking it. Your mood, your hunger, your outdoor surroundings, your mental situation as well. Some days it feels like I can keep the energy going when I consume them, other days I just feel groggy I want to go to sleep. But I mean for 10 bucks you get 40 of them which is pound for pound a lot cheaper than just buying monsters in bulk. In fact these drinks have the same amount of energy as a monster. It just comes down to personal preferences. Genuinely when I initially had these I had this same energy output comparable to that if I drank A C4 energy drink. No I didn't say monster because for some reason I guess whatever they put into it instantly kicks you into overdrive. With these drink packets it's more like of a steady burn. Like a kerosene fire, which doesn't burn as hot, but it doesn't burn out quickly. The quality of the drink packets powder is already impressive for me. Most of these water flavor packets and energy packets by nature have some component in them that make gunk up and start bawling into the shaker mix so it's hard to break them apart. But these don't have that so they blend easily into a drink even if it's full of ice with no shaker apparatus. Easy disbursement for an easy time drinking. Overall these drink packets are some of the best bang for your buck caffeine consumption. Just don't take them constantly or your body will adapt to it, and it won't feel as beneficial as you did initially

Way more cost effective than any other energy drink. The taste is good, and it does give me a much needed energy boost.

The 4C Energy Rush Stix are my absolute favorite. I've been purchasing these from Amazon for some time, as I can find them there at a lower price than at other retailers. I like that they are sugar-free and that they do not give me any jitters like other energy drinks. I do not drink coffee. These are perfect for travel, making them versatile and fantastic when I am on the go. They give me just enough of a boost - not too much, or too little- which is effective. I like all of the flavors, but the orange is my absolute favorite.

I've been looking for an alternate, less pricy, substitute for my zero sugar Monster. I've really enjoyed this band. It's taste is adequate, not gross like a lot of products can be. The price is unbeatable at $0.40+(tax) each. Also, the 200 mg of caffeine definitely gives you a long lasting kick to you day.

I've purchased this item multiple times. I keep coming back to it because it's energy that is convenient (200mg caffeine), costs way less than a premade energy drink, and it doesn't taste half bad. I have not had any issues with clumping, the powder has always been a powder and mixes well in a blender bottle.

I love this product and use it everyday. Only downside is it seems to take a bit to ship to me. I usually just order way before I run out. Great taste and just the right amount of caffeine.

These are ALWAYS in my monthly subscription. I Love the versatility of having my energy drink in a little packet. Super easy portability to take it with me anywhere I go : gym, work when I travel. I keep 3 of them in my gym bag so I don't end up pay $$$ for an energy drink @ the gym. The flavor might be a little strong for some if you don't mix it with a lot water. I usually put it in my water with 30 ounces and sip it over the two hours that I’m in the gym or training my clients I love the fact that I don’t get a huge caffeine crash or a big jolt when the caffeine starts to kick in. Its a healthier and safer caffeine source than a Celsius or Red Bull. My favorite flavors are the Blue Berry one and the Green citrus. I buy the variety pack and unfortunately you get more orange than you do of the blue or green. I wish for this quantity & value it was an even amount of each flavor. Its easy to drink, doesn't cause any stomach issues.

The slight carbonation is neat, but you have to shake it quite a bit to properly mix, so I feel the carbonation doesn't stay. It has the caffeine you want but not the flavor. The flavor is okay. It's acceptable. It's just not whatever you're expecting. It's an imitation of what you're expecting. I recommend buying other products with this. If you're excited about the orange flavor, maybe try your favorite orange flavor drink mix (non caffeinated. Be careful about the caffeine) and do both at the same time. This product kind of sucks by itself but it's surprisingly decent when propped up with other stuff.
