Why do these look different and are so much cheaper than pack of 24 please?

I've been buying these 'pharmacy pots' for about 3 years since I discovered them at a local pharmacy. The tablets are slightly smaller than the foil wrap 24 packs. I asked the same question as you at the local pharmacy and their reply was that the pots are intended for people who take the tablets regularly for ongoing non-clinical conditions such as nightly digestive reflux (as in my case) where as the foil packs are for people with occasional indigestive discomfort that is not a medical condition. I hope this helps. Gaviscon in any form is not an answer to conditions needing a medical intervention!

Are these genuine gaviscon tablets ?

They look the same and have the same effect. I consider them to be genuine.
