Smells like chicken, very crunchy and all 6 dogs really like these. Wheat is a main ingredient.
The bag says these are all natural and the ingredients list confirms this claim. I immediately smelled chicken when I opened the bag and so did my dogs because they came running. These are crunchy and hard, but big enough to break in half. When broken, there is a bit of crumbling - more like a cracker texture. All of my dogs like the taste of these, but once again they are a bit crunchy for the senior dogs. My oldest (11) has to work to break these up, so perhaps a younger dog's daily treat. These do contain wheat if your dog is allergic.

we don't want to make it worse and have big problems as she gets older
We recently had to bring our 5 year old English Bulldog to the vet for stomach troubles. The vet said she had consumed something that did a number on her liver... not sure what it was or if it was a table scrap or a treat or if she got into something, who knows. The vet said to start being a bit more picky about what we give her as if she's having troubles at age 5, we don't want to make it worse and have big problems as she gets older. ANYWAY. we had recentley switched to science diet lite food, and after this vet visit, we switched to science diet treats too. Haven't had a problem since. She's doing much better, and loves that the treats are little so I can give her 3 or 4 ;)

Low Calorie and Parrot Loves Them, Too!
These biscuits are nutritious, all natural and only eight calories in the small size. The only reason I did not rate five stars is because they were smaller, not as thick when I originally began purchasing them for my Toy Poodle. An added bonus is my White-Fronted (Spectacled) Amazon Parrot enjoys them as well, so I do not have to prepare a separate snack for her! These are on my Subscribe and Save, and I receive a package every other month. I treat my dog with three and my parrot one per day at noontime.

picky eater
Nice sized treats and I'm all about packaging and these have a cute bag..silly I know but I want to give my dog appealing snacks. The treats were a hit for about 1/2 the bag then she spit them out. I don't know how to rate this because I'm assuming the treats are good and most dogs would probably rave over them but mine is a jerk so she refuses to eat anything that doesn't have cheese on it. I recommend only because science diet has never let us down in the past.

My dogs FAVORITE treats!
These are my new favorite dog treat! We have a 9 year old lab and a 2 year old Shiba mix and I know these are okay to give to both. They are big enough to where I don’t feel the need to give them treats all the time but it’s a nice reminder that they are sweet babies. I love and trust the Science Diet brand so you really can’t go wrong with any of their treats!

Great quality healthy snack!
One of my three dogs has Chronic Colitis, so has a very restricted diet. These are the treats our vet recommended for her. All three of my dogs now eat these, almost exclusively, and they love them! My only complaint would be that these are the large biscuits, and it was probably my fault, but I wanted the small ones. I missed the option to choose the size when I ordered... my fault! Regardless I love these healthy little treats for my pups, and they are a pretty good price for what they are.

Good treats but very small
My dog seemed to like these treats just fine. I used to order them through Subscribe & Save. I stopped because they are so very small that I had to grab a handful of them for my Great Dane (really necessary for any other dog larger than a toy breed). These might be good for training since you should use smaller treats there, but may be just a bit too big for that purpose.

2 Paws up!
My little dogs love these and I like that they are low calorie. Sometimes I even break them in half and give them to my doxie as a smaller treat (she think she deserves one every time she does her business outside:)). I always break them in half for my Pomeranian---she can eat them better that way. I have purchased these numerous times and will continue to purchase in the future.
