Helps calm down a dog with dementia episodes
Got these for my dog that has dementia. He’s on a certain dementia med so he can’t have gabapentin with it to help calm him down during episodes. Giving him just one of these helps relax him to go back to bed peacefully. I’m sure it will react differently with other pets and humans but my experience so far using it with a dog with dementia has been very helpful!

Works great!! Puts me right to sleep and sleep thru the night. I tried the 5 mg and they were way too strong but these are fine.

Great melatonin
This is the only 2 mg extended release melatonin I know of. It totally works and is the perfect dose for me. Please don't ever stop making it.

So much better than Ambien!
I stopped taking a prescription sleeping pill and started using these…holy cow, they are AMAZING! I take 1 pill when I lay down and another pill maybe an hr later (after I’m done scrolling/reading). I’m out like a light and sleep ALL NIGHT LONG! Wake up feeling GREAT! Would totally take these over a prescription sleep meds any day!

I like that is both time released and low dose. Many people think high dose melatonin is better but lower dose actually works better- especially if you are older.
