LSE Lighting 602805 43W UV-C Replacement Lamps for Viqua UVMax D4, 2-Pack

These bulbs have saved me a ton of money and are easy to install. I do not experience the issues that others have cited with needing to break tabs, etc. I have been using these bulbs in my Viqua for over 6 years an never had a problem until the second bulb (in a two-bulb pack). The bulb burned out in 79 days. I contacted LSE Lighting and explained the situation. They sent a replacement in less than 24 hours, after responding in under 2 hours. Now that is customer service! Highly recommend.

Just Replaced light, if I had done it in the return window I think I may have actually returned them. Too much time wasted on figuring out what the problem was and then customizing the plug portion, which should have took all of five minutes if that. Just don’t feel they were worth the money saved, not to mention let’s see if they last their one year. In fact on first install, light was blinking green finally turned to red. Pulled out and reset, hoping when I go back down to the basement it’s still green. The problem is the pins are very inaccurately set into place I used the old bulb (Vique) to take measurements and reset very carefully with needle nose pliers. Apparently the two pins should be 1/4 inch center to center I had to bend them in a hair and I used a spark plug gap gauge to reset the pins inwards towards the center plastic Finn. And as close as I can tell because the pins are set into the plastic mold out of position the plug is not 100% properly seating, but seating enough to work, hopefully. Oh and I also had to snap off the two outer fins adjacent/parallel to the pin sides. they seem to be molded slightly smaller in words than the original. So as close as I can tell to make a very long story short the plastic plug housing and pin set up is totally out of whack as to measurements.

Price is amazing and hopefully the product lives up to the standards and quality.

The last two of these that I bough both died in under 50 days when they are supposed to last a year, although the seller was willing to resolve the issue amicably. Hopefully, the items I got were just a bad batch and the overall product quality is good

Lasts 6 months and less expensive

The first of the 2 bulbs in the pack fit and worked fine. The following year when I went to replace the bulb; I could not get the new bulb to fit after trying carefully for 30 minutes. I called the professional that originally installed the system to come change the bulb. He tried for 10 minutes and announced that something was wrong with the construction of the bulb; nothing that was obvious but just would not plug in properly. He had brought a new bulb and had it in place in 30 seconds. Chalk it up to poor quality control of this product. You get what you pay for.

I need to replace my light yearly and this one fits perfectly.

Perfect fit. One died less than 2 months and I contacted the seller. Had a replacement in 2 days. Great customer service

Bought the 2- pack and it fit perfectly. Replaced the OEM lamp which was still running after being reset after 1 year. It was still running after I reset it. Still running after 16 months but i replaced it with one of the 2 new lamps purchased. Just burned out after 2-1/2 months. Was blackened on the bottom end. Obvious no saving now as I have installed the second lamp. Not impressed.

Have bought this lamp before with ‘fingers crossed’ as it (they) was considerably less expensive than the original Trojans purchased prior. First, they are a very fragile item, easily broken in shipping, but they (2 in the package) arrived in perfect condition! Yay! Installation was simple, & a perfect match to “originals” and when powered up, worked perfectly!!

Good price but does not fit. The molded plastic adapter on top of bulb does not match the size of the electrical connector. Good price but not usable. Excellent delivery and no hassle return was a plus, but I have to give it a negative review on basis that it isn't compatible as it advertises
