Feels good in the hand and doesn't add a lot of bulk. Buttons are easy to press. Easy to install; I've tried cases where it feels like you'll break the phone in half just trying to get it on. This is not one of those. Have dropped the phone a few times on hard surfaces and it did a fine job protecting it from scratches or cracks. I don't use a screen protector and don't feel the need to. Doesn't interfere with wireless chargers. I have noticed that it can collect dust/pocket lint inside of the case over time, but it's not a big problem to clean it out every now and then. I've had it for a few years now and the rubber material is starting to come apart; think I'll get another one.

1. Separate the rubber part from the hard plastic. 2. Install rubber part on your phone and make sure its properly on. 3. Insert plastic part over rubber part and make sure its properly installed. 4. Perfect fit, protects tbe camera, doesn't come loose in pockets, feels and looks fantastic. Volume buttons are actually awesome because they are separated and not one long volume button like it is on the phone itself. So its much easier to determine volume up and volume down with the case. Charging is perfect. Wireless charging works perfectly. S pen fits great. 5. I already dropped it down a flight of stairs and all I heard was rubber bouncing off the marble steps. No damage whatsoever to any part of my phone. Super impressive not going to lie. CONS: One thing bothers me. Its a little more difficult to slide down the notification bar due to the tight lip on the case. It onky bothers me when I'm using the phone one handed. Other than that its fine and worth it. As long as its installed properly, you will love this case and it will protect your device. Looks and feels great. Very light.

If you don't care about protecting your phone then don't even bother to read this review. However, if you do care about protecting your phone, then don't waste your money on other cases. Yes, the Otterbox cases are expensive, some of the most expensive out there. But they are worth every dollar. I drop my phone a lot, therefore getting a case is not an option, it's a must. I had an urban armor gear case years ago on an iPhone and after repeated drops the camera broke, I could even hear something loose inside the camera part of the phone. On my next phone (a samsung note)I switched to the otterbox case and dropped it a bunch of times. Part of the case even broke but the phone was still just fine. So when the new note came out I was pumped to get it and knew I needed a good case. The only problem was the phone was so new there was no Otterbox case for it yet. So I had to wait. Well, like I said I drop my phone a lot so I knew if I didn't get something on it I would regret it. So I bought another urban armor gear case largely because they make a really good looking case and because I needed something or my phone could get destroyed by my clumsy self. Well, sure enough I dropped it a few times after putting on the UAG case and I could hear something was now loose inside the phone. I immediately switched to this case. I should have done it sooner, my stupid mistake. Don't be fooled by other cases. Don't allow yourself to be drawn in by a good looking case. If protection is the goal then bite the bullet and spend the money on the best case on the market. They also look really good too. Otterbox cases have a soft rubber inner layer and a hard outer shell. To me this is the best way to protect a phone. The soft inner acts as a cushion/shock absorber and the hard outer protects the whole thing from sharp and blunt impacts. When

I already dropped my phone once with this case on, and thankfully, it didn’t break so it definitely does its job when it comes to protection. My only issue is that the sides of the phone (on the front face) aren’t as well covered. It’s still a solid, slim case that fits well in pockets and feels sturdy overall. Just wish the side edges offered a bit more protection.

My first review didn’t save. I’ve had this case since December of 2021. I generally get the lesser-known brands like Supcase off Amazon because the price to functionality doesn’t justify the store priced “name brands”. This one wasn’t priced bad. Pros: rugged. Easily retrievable from pockets. It’s durable and has held up. I have dropped this MANY times and thought I could cushion the impact with my foot to only punt it into a wall or skidding across the ground like a skipping stone. Cons: while this was originally a pro for me it quickly became an adaptation issue. The back is slick, or will become slick. The majority of my cases are rubberized on the back and it makes it difficult to retrieve from my pocket. My hands end up looking like I have an MS deformity how I have to hold it with one hand while browsing in bed. iPhone 11 Pro Max - slightly larger than the standard variation iPhone. Only recently did I add a “pop it” to the phone - which now defeats the simplicity of slipping it in or out of pockets. Overall, great phone. I attached images showing the two breaks in the plastic over this length of time (over a year now!) They haven’t fully snapped and are still functional. One of the few cases that the charging port cover hasn’t ripped off or stretched beyond use!

I bought this 2 years ago and just yesterday I drove off and left my phone on the hood of my car. I didn't notice until I was on the highway and another driver got my attention to tell me and at this point my phone went flying over my car. I immediately started crying and decided to go back for my phone. I put on my hazards came around to find my phone. Now I had to sit in my car for a full 5 minutes and watch car after car drive over it going 65mph. I grabbed it and it looked bad, but when I took it to the store on the screen was destroyed. They said the case protected the phone itself and only needed to pay 30 to replace my screen. So here I am on the same phone to say BUY this case because noway would I have ever thought my phone would have survived that yesterday but it did thanks to the case. And I'm about to buy a new one now. Oh and only half of the outer layer of the case was even broken on top of that. And I saw a suv drive over it a flip it so yeah worth the price.

Great case, worth the money

Leí muchos comentarios que decían que el teléfono quedaba flojo en la funda pero es porque no lo están poniendo como se debe: Primero se le pone al teléfono la parte de silicón, asegurándose que quede bien pegada al teléfono. Después sólo tienen que meter el teléfono a la parte de plástico primero desde la parte de arriba e irlo acomodando poco a poco hasta que embone perfectamente. Es un poco tedioso pero vale 100% la pena.

I am huge fan of otterbox cases , use otterbox defender cases for all my previous phone and they all are in excellent condition after years of use and countless drops. But defender cases are super bulky and my 11promax is very big phone even without the case so this time I decided to try commuter case an no regrets at all !! Perfect case . Sturdy but not so bulky, excellent protection all round including screen and camera. easy to put on and off . My only con is charging port cover nothing bad but I don’t find it useful and it was annoying every time I wanted to charge my phone so I simply cut it off . But anything else is perfect! If you look decent phone case then look no further! 10 out of 10
