Used this on a Secretlab Titan 2020 with some rollerblade wheels. Feels really sturdy and was easy to assemble. I like the look, too. It looks kind of premium and doesn't have the typical office chair flat look.

The quality control and quality assurance of this manufacturer are truly outstanding. This chair base is a must for any so-called "big and tall" desk chair. I used this to replace the plastic base on a Lazy Boy desk chair on which one of the caster slots broke. This new addition has made the chair much stronger capacity-wise and has zero chance of similar breakage in the future. One note is this metal chair base is designed such that it adds an inch or two to the seat pan elevation. That said, it is perfect for taller people like myself. I strongly recommend this chair base. It was delivered quickly as well.

Bought it because a new Heavy Duty chair I got on Amazon broke. This one Worked well. Very sturdy. Fit the parts of another chair well. Some assembly required though. All the legs are separated from the hub and need to be screwed together. But we'll worth the money.

I bought this as an addition to a racing style chair over a year ago. I have a very heavy friend (Over 300lbs) that uses my chair to play games and such while I'm at work. Great guy. But, I didn't want to buy a new chair and have it get broken. And after researching new chairs, I realized that most have a recommended weight capacity of 250lbs. So, after choosing my chair, I bought this and while I can't verify the outside limit capacity of this unit, I can say that after almost a year, this base is still as solid as it is the day I got it. EDIT:: Now almost two years later. Mine is still holding up strong. Easy to install, It's truly heavy duty, solid and after closer observation, I could tell that this was an item built to last.

I bought this after my brand new office chair was damaged when one of the wheels was slammed into a door frame upon being moved from office to office. It was a nice chair and expensive enough that I assumed good quality all around. I know this seems silly to say but I'll never view the rolling experience in office chairs the same again. It's not just that this thing is indestructible, it's so heavy and well balanced that it makes for an incredibly smooth rolling experience. My work area has multiple computes and I'm back and forth in a small area a lot. I put some miles on my office chairs. I always thought the kinda cheap "rattly" feeling when rolling in an office chair was from cheap casters. But changing out the base and using the same casters has resulted in a night and day difference. I'll be keeping this base to use if/when I have to replace my office chair again. Have a rubber mallet ready though. The base of an office chair is an outrageous pain in the *** to remove.

**Update 6 months later. Still very happy with my purchase. I'm a big boy at 300+ and, as of yet, have had no issues with the base. Still very sturdy and working great! Would Recommend. I would recommend this to anyone that wants a sturdy base. I would note that some issues required some brute-forcing while putting it together. I would still recommend this base because it is terrific-looking and VERY sturdy. The tolerances on the center part are a tad bit off by the thickness of the paint. When putting the legs on, I had to work at it and wiggle them back and forth to get them on. Stripping the paint off the sides by twisting it back and forth, the legs fit fine once the paint was out of the way. If you lack arm strength, ask a friend to help, as it is worth the trouble once you get it together.

It comes in parts, so a little assembly is required. It's really heavy duty and you can see the quality in it. Unfortunately I had to return it, as I forgot to check how high it is, and I couldn't sit on my chair as it was too tall for my desk and my feet didn't touch the floor.

So thankful that I bought this product. Was able to fix a chair that I paid a lot of money on but the wheel base was not up to standard, had to replace it within the first year I bought it and the replacement did not last very long. Have no fears that this base will last a very long time. No problem assembling the base.

It came in such a small package I though I had received the wrong part, but it was just very clever packaging. It was extremely easy to assemble and very strong once done. It does add height to the chair so be careful if you add rollerbalde wheels like I did as your chair will now be much higher
