Locking Nut - Gotoh, For Floyd Rose Style Tremolos, Top Mount, Color: Black

Put these in because in my experience, the cheap-o ones will have a tendency to strip where you tighten down the pads over the strings. One huge downside to this, is it is NOT REALLY fully compatible with the floyd nut I replaced. The included screws DO NOT match with the screws the floyd uses. They don't even go in the same direction! lol. That's just a head's up for folks expecting an easy one-for-one swap (not quite). Nonetheless, these have HARD good quality metal. Tighten them down all you want without fear of stripping.

If you need a locking nut and don't want to spend the money on a Floyd Rose, this is the nut for you. Fits perfectly with FR or Gotoh and has a high quality build.

I needed a nut with screws that wouldn’t strip because I was making my own hole to mount it. The screws that this but comes with are incredibly strong, no stripping.

This fit perfectly on my Jackson Soloist. I had to use 2 of the shims provided and it was a great fit. Just wish the shims were predrilled with the holes for the mounting screws. Other than that, I’m perfectly satisfied.

The nut worked great, I wish the mounting screws weren't so cheap. I might have to find some replacements.

Tried a few others that didn't fit but this one did the trick. Needed the shims that came with it and it's not 100%atch but does the job.
