NOVA 48202 G3 WOODLATHE CHUCK WITH 2" JAWS, WOODWORM SCREW, & I9NS 3/4" X 16TPI INSERT

Didn't realize it came with the center wood screw so happy about that. It is clear that all of the parts are of high quality and I expect it to last a long time with minimal if any attention. The price was right especially compared with similar items at my local woodworking store that sell for close to $200.The included instructions tell you all you need to know to set this up properly.

The chuck came on time and packaged well. I've used it for a while and it works like it should and holds the items securely without any problems. The lathe I have now requires the 3/4 inch insert but as I plan on upgrading lathes, it will be easy to change to the 1-inch spindle without having to buy another chuck. Very satisfied.

This is a Birthday gift for my husband a wood turner. He has one exactly like it so he can make segmented bowls faster having two chucks set for different sizes. It is accurate and easy to use and holds the wood securely. The price is very good and prime got it here in two days.

I acquired a 40-year-old craftsman wood lathe and being a metal guy had to have chuck on my lathe this works well used it to make handles for my files and new knobs for the bathroom so as I learn to turn wood, it has been good to me, Seems to be precision-made, I haven't put a dial indicator to it but the chuck is built well and finish was nice on the parts when I tore it apart to inspect it.

Have used this chuck for around a year now on a very regular basis. Have had zero problems with it and absolutely love it! Would most definitely purchase again, shipping was fast too!

This is a well made piece and really updated my old Craftsman lathe. It is so much easier to use than my old four jaw chuck. And I will be able to use this on another lathe if/when I decide to upgrade.

Was a little worried, because I have used the old fashioned chucks. Wow, was I happy when I mounted this on my antiquated lathe. Have made great wooden cups, bowls, and projects with my pressure pot. Would definitely recommend for anyone who works lathes, or wants to start a hobby. This is ideal and so easy to use.

This little chuck has make wood turning so easy. I love it. Great design.
