Hi all unfortunately my flash collar arrived damage thankfully the vendor quickly shipped me another one and is a very nicely formed brushed Aluminun piece which is in fact very nice the reason for only four stars is 3” inch in the case of the 3” inch flag pole the sleeve is 3.5 inches so I had to enlarge the hole to fit the sleeve as I left the sleeve above ground to help keep out dirt.

A really attractive adition to my Flag Pole, as it would be to yours too, I am sure! Friends who've observed the collar in place have all commented how "finished the aluminum collar make the cement and pole look"; and you k ow what, they are all correct, it does! Had a contact with the seller, and I must say they are as pleasant and as kind to work with as ANY one I've ever experienced on Amazon selling!

Ok, this is like an aluminum frisbee. Pretty light gauge metal. And it's shipped in a plain brown envelope, no bubble wrap or any thing to protect it from the buster brown gorillas. It was dented but I was able to 'correct it '. Any other time they use a box. Oh well .BTW the flash collar works great.
