Great product! I add it to my morning juice every other day. I follow the RDA on the bottle.

Diluted in water or juice best
I first took this without a carrier substance. It has very strong bitter flavor unless diluted in water or juice, which I learned thru search after I took it straight from bottle. It is an easy way to add the copper to my diet. Vendor provided good service and great follow up...just needs clear direction on how to take this.

As I had said with Selenium ,I had purchased these three items suggested by the site to use together .. I had side effects when using these .. Pain in my joints ; knees ,ankles , feeling exhausted , not being able to sleep. It was awful .. When I stopped using the symptoms went away and I feel so much better .. I would like to return these products please .
