Way too many people on here are leaving reviews don't know anything about supplement manufacturing and labelling guidelines and it shows. Below, I'm going to provide a detailed review, if you want the short version, skip to the very bottom, look for "TLDR." Firstly, I would like to comment on a review stating that they changed their formula, since this is my field of occupation, I am very much qualified to speak on this matter. For one, they didn't change their formula, they updated the supplement facts as there were several updated FDA guidelines that all supplement manufacturers need to follow, especially if you're following GMP guidelines. And second, including all of these ingredients as a proprietary blend, as the name implies, protects their dosages, as it is very easy for someone off the street to provide a manufacturer a quantitative formulation, and knock it off, but also the dosages can no longer be freely stated on the label. Enough said. Per their website, they do follow ingredient testing, as GMP advises, so regarding the formulation and the formula itself, nothing is changed, chill out keyboard warriors. Let's talk about the product itself! The powder is very, for the lack of a better term, powdery, if you're not careful, it will get everywhere! The form is as it should be, like flour, just ignore the smell, that's what real EAA smells like. Taste: it's unflavored obviously, and awful as it should be. While you could spend a little more to get a flavored version from other sellers, I bought this one for it's amazing value, and in doing this, you have to accept the caveat of it being completely disgusting. So you definitely want to mix it with something, you can't take it straight from the spoon like creatine. Use: everyone has their own routine use for this supplement, personally I practice intermittent fasting, specifically a meal every 48 hours full of protein, and to improve protein synthesis I take this at morning and at night. Unfortunately, since I do fast, I don't have the luxury of mixing this with juice, and have to mix it with decaf coffee, first world problems right? Results: you can definitely tell this is 100% EAA, usually in the morning ghrelin is telling me that I'm hungry, and immediately after taking my EAA it will curb the hunger completely. For those trying to put on muscle, this is definitely a great addition to your routine. This has improved my performance and the gains in the mirror and scale are apparent! TLDR: The product formulation has been updated per new labeling guidelines to protect their proprietary blend, dosages were not changed. I highly recommend this product, especially if you practice fasting. If you're new to EAA, mix it with some juice or something to mask the natural bad taste. With a solid routine and thoughtful nutrition, you can expect this to be a great arsenal in your quest to more lean muscle mass.

Great price. Tastes good in orange juice.
Mix with orange juice in a blender own the lowest setting and you can't taste it and theirs no foam if you use a low setting. All amino acid powders taste horrible. Mix them with orange juice and you can't taste it because of the acidity of orange juice masking the flavor of the amino acids. I've been buying this for years because it has exactly 3.3g of leucine per 10g, so I hit my max leucine threshold for muscle protein synthesis with a 10g serving.

Should have known
This was the third product I’ve purchased from this company with only poor experiences. I carry a large 60oz water bottle with me to work everyday and thought it would be nice to be able to add a little something to it so it’s more beneficial than just the water. The description said that it was flavorless and dissolves well. This sounded great since I add a small amount of flavor already to my water. I added the amount it said to mix with a glass of water (8oz) to my 60oz bottle. You would think more water would be better for mixing and diluting any flavor that might be present. I shook my bottle for close to an hour total and I was still getting chunks of powder when drinking. On top of that there is most definitely a flavor and it’s horrible. If the flavor is this strong in 60oz I can’t imagine if you were to add it to just a glass. The last two items I purchased from this place were also in powder form and claimed to be flavorless and they weren’t. I was really hoping the third time would be a charm for this but it was a dud. Sadly I will be avoiding this company and buying my supplements elsewhere.

Worth the taste?
I am only two weeks into taking this. Like everyone else says- it smells and tastes horrible. I tried coffee, flavored electrolytes, and in food- yuck to gross in all of them. What finally worked? Orange juice! Do they work? Honestly, I didn't notice a difference in hunger or muscle but it has only been a week so we will see. But try it in OJ!

Simply the best Amino Acid supplement anywhere.
Top notch company putting out very good supplements at a reasonable price. I've been using their products for years and I never been disappointed in anything I've bought from them. The bulk amino acids are a staple at home. The taste isn't great but I add some blue berries and a scoop of protein powder and I'm good. You need a blender folks if you want it dissolved.

Wow that tastes BAD
It is what it is...but what it is tastes really bad...not sure I can do it bad. I have to find something to mask the nastiness.

pure EAAS plain and simple
I’ll go ahead and say it so people understand it’s to be expected- whatever you mix this with, it will smell like someone farted into your water bottle. I mix mine with water and some sort of crystal lite type drink mix (i’d recommend doubling the amount you’d normally use to mask the taste) other than that it will have a slightly chalky bitter aftertaste but this isn’t used to enjoy a flavorful delightful beverage. This stuff is quality , it works as it should, it’s effective . If you don’t know what EAAs are used for then you shouldn’t be buying it anyways.

You get a little more out of what you pay for, for sure!
It tastes awful, dry and bitter. But hey, it was 20 bucks! Goes down well with a 3/4 glass of orange juice if you mix it well. You get all the EAAs you need to make your workout worth it. I've been using it for less than a week and I can see a significant improvement in the efficiency of my recovery, rest, digestion and sleep. It's all I needed to give my regiment an extra boost.
