I've been using this biotin supplement for a little while now and I can see a difference in the strength and health of my hair and nails. My hair looks shinier and feels thicker, and my nails have always been completely fine but just feel healthier. The pills are very small so it's easy to swallow and doesn't have any unpleasant aftertaste. There is a whole years supply in this little bottle and it's at an extremely affordable price. Check very carefully with other brands. Many say 180 tablets and high potency. In the small print it will tell you you have to take 2 or 3 a day. The pills are tiny so this is all about fooling the customer. Unethical. I did get caught first time. These are a bit more expensive per tablet but the best value per daily dose. Don't be fooled.Do biotin tablets work. I can tell on my big toe. There's a ridge across the big toe nail when I started to take biotin. Behind of the ridge the nail is thicker and looks much healthier. So it's visible. Finger nails grow quicker too

I use this to help my hair which has been thinning . I think the use of this biotin slows down the thinning. They are easy to swallow and don’t upset the stomach.

I was a bit skeptical when I bought this one as it's cheaper but with a higher quantity of tablets but it worked.I've been taking it for a few months and noticed hair growth, takes time to notice results depending on rate of growth but I can estimate a 10cm growth in the 4-6 months I've been taking it.The tablets are small and easy to swallow and the concentration is ideal.Some tablets come with a smaller dosage but you have to take 2 to notice the full effects which means it doesn't last as much.This one will last for well over a year, so perfect for me.Will buy it again definitely.

I don't see any difference from taking these. No improvement in my skin! They are easy to take and taste okay. Quite expensive for what you get if they don't make a difference. I won't buy again.
