All-Inclusive Set for 4 (Porcelain)

Items are well made and pretty. Egg fits perfectly into cup and the cracker works perfectly when I click it lightly 3 times. Great product!

This is a great set containing everything you need. I've never been successful trying to make soft boiled eggs, the whites are always too runny or the yolk is over cooked. It's always a mess trying to peal the shell and you end up making a mess with the runny egg. The timer worked great. I took my eggs right out per the black line and they came out perfect after I put them in a bowl of ice water. I was using extra large eggs, so if I had smaller eggs I would take them out sooner. The first time I tried the topper, I didn't get enough of a break in the shell and had to do it again. I didn't line it up quite right and had a bunch of little pieces of shell along the break. The second egg we just did it twice without moving the topper in between and got a better cut. The cups are cute and the spons fit the eggs just fine. It comes in a nice box so it would be a good gift for a house warming party or maybe a bridal shower

One of my favorite breakfasts as a child was soft-boiled eggs served in egg cups with toast fingers to dip into the hot egg yolk.As a parent, I couldn't wait to give my child the same experience. Unfortunately, I didn't have any egg cups and don't trust my ability to reliably cook a soft-boiled egg. I had never in my adult life produced an adequate soft-boiled egg until I bought this product, with its included egg timer.The egg timer makes it so much easier to produce a reliably soft-boiled egg.The egg cups are beautiful, the art is very detailed and looks almost too fancy to use, like a grandmother's precious china. If you or someone you love, loves hummingbirds and eating eggs, this set would make a great gift.The egg spoons are adorably petite and make the experience of scraping out every last bit of egg out of the shell so much easier than traditional spoons, which are often too big to fit into the egg or even the egg cup.The egg cracking/opening device takes a bit of practice to get right, but all in all, it is a very helpful tool for opening and eating soft-boiled eggs. When I was younger, we didn't have one of these, so we would just whack the egg with a knife to slice the top off. This is a much more reliable (and dignified, haha) way of opening a soft-boiled egg. It's a much appreciated tool, and a valuable part of the set.For anyone who buys this, I hope you enjoy it and your new delicious soft-boiled eggs!

This is a high quality set of porcelain egg cups with sturdy stainless steel spoons and a egg decapitator, a device that takes off the top part of the egg. It actually works. It doesn’t always remove the egg top, but it will make a firm cut into it for easy lift off. The red timer gizmo works too, but I am still learning how much to cook the eggs. I found that for soft eggs I should just cook until there is only a little white showing on the timer. Don’t leave it all the way to the medium line. (You will understand when you use the timer. You just drop it into the water with the eggs, and it changes color as they cook. ). Plus the egg cups are very pretty. I became very fond of soft boiled eggs when traveling in England many years ago, where they are commonly served for breakfast, but you really need egg cups to scoop out the egg easily and enjoy them properly. They are somewhat hard to find. I am planning to order at least one more set for a gift. Oh. I forgot to say they come beautifully packaged in a gorgeous gift box.

Artwork is a little less brilliant than I'd like but overall beautiful and functional. Egg cracker works when instructions followed. Spoons are of excellent quality. Gift ready box.

I got these egg cups because I was in a very British mood from watching TV series and that had been decades since I had seen an egg cup. So I ordered this set and it was really fun to get it and open it, finding it packaged really nicely. I used it with a guest this weekend and it was just a Special fun breakfast.

These are beautiful. Everything I would have hoped for. Packaged well and very presentable if giving as a gift. These were a gift to myself and they kind of make me feel like I earn a 6 figure salary when I use them : )Something I learned while using the egg top remover device...hold it in your hand and don't let it sit on counter when pulling back and letting go of the knob at the top and it will work like it's supposed to, to remove the egg top. When I was doing the motions while it sat directly on countertop I couldn't get it to even crack the circle part into the egg shell. I think it needs to have nothing underneath it in order to create the correct force that's needed.
