I've had to drastically rejig my home office after spinal surgery that impacted upon both my strength and arm mobility. Part of this restructuring required me to mount cameras and mics on flexible arms that could be repositioned with ease and without requiring any strength so to do. I made the mistake of buying cheap at first. Then, instead of buying I invested the second time in these and there won't be a third effort needed. Very strong yet easy to adjust, holds all the devices I need to use.
