I've had the pleasure of using this water filter for a few months now, and I must say, it's been a game-changer! I've been using these filters for three years now. They are easy to swap out, and they consistently last as long as advertised. As a result, water quality, taste is great in an area I would not drink from the tap directly (we have one of the lowest quality of water in the country). Continue to appreciate the small footprint of the system it's installed in, saves a lot of space easily fitting under my sink.

Having lived with the Waterdrop system for a year I really like it. Its fast and consistent making about 1 gallon of water every 2 minutes. Filter replacements are easy and the filters aren't any more expensive than the ones in refrigerators. Only issue I had is someone returned a used filter and Amazon shipped it as new. I did a return so no big deal. If you get a filter make sure to check that it is sealed when it arrives.

Very good RO filter.My TDS RUNS IN THE SINGLE DIGITS. LA CA runs an unhealthy 300+-gota get the system-500 dollars but worth the health advantages. Water runs our body every day and drinking clean. Water is essential. Stay away from Fiji stay away from all big box store waters. To include whole paycheck, Kroger’s, Walmart and many others.

I was very pleased and surprised about the customer service quality. Doreen was fabulous. I've had small questions over the last 6 months and she's been very responsive, even going as far as sending replacement filters overnight at their cost. We like the unit. No problems so far. Simple interface. Good water quality though i have yet to test the water with a third party kit. All in all five stars, with the emphasis on great customer service!

Overtime I change one of these filters, I'm reminded how much of a pain it was on my previous filter system, having to unscrew and drain the bowls, rinse them out, make sure the o-rings were in place, screw back on the bowls with that oversized wrench tool, all while trying to not rip the skin off my knuckles. Now, I gently unscrew the old filter, then just gently screw in the new filter. Then press the reset button and done, 30 seconds. It even rinsed through the new filter for you. The system was a little expensive to begin with compared to the old ine, but well worth it.
